I received the sample product and it cost me in excess of $600!
I received the sample product, and was charged more than $600! Thankfully my bank called me to query the payments being charged to my credit card. When I called I was told that I had to cancel within 15 days. There was no mention of this in the advertisement but I was then told that it was sent to me in an email. The free trial is not a free trial . You will be charged by 'Apollo' and 'Turbo'. And the amounts will differ each time making it hard to keep track (this is a trick that they do so the payments go un-noticed). Please do not buy this product from them. Or if you do be sure to call them and make sure to cancel before the free sample arrives, as they will charge you excessive amounts until you or your bank notices. TERRIBLE SCAM!

As it is impossible to give no stars
As it is impossible to give no stars, a one it is.
I am beyond disbelief that this company is still in business. Their underhand way of sourcing sales is unbelievable. I ordered the trial product on the 1st October, after 14 days I phoned them to ascertain its whereabouts. Unlike most products and services I have sourced online, this business did not send an email thanking me and supplying a tracking number etc. It wasn't until my card was charged on the 17th October the full price of purchase that of $170NZD. I phoned on the 18th to ascertain why they are charged me for a product that had not arrived and was still within the 30 day trial period. I demanded my money back asap. I was told by the sales rep at the other end of the line, that I could send the product back once it arrived, pay $9.99USD for the privilege, but only once I had paid the $9.99 would I get the details on how to return with RMA number etc.
I am now having to wait for it to be sent back and knowing their admin system it will take sometime to get my refund. Meantime I am out of pocket $170. I am furious to say the least as it appears that once they sighted it had been delivered on the 17th October they helped themselves to my money. Obviously, which seems to be beyond them I have not had a 30 day trial. Even given that the 30 day trial commences on receipt of my payment, so 1st October to the 17th October is not 30 days. Hello!
My advise give this company a wide berth. Do not purchase via this company.
The woman I spoke to was rude, obnoxious and had no PR skills whatsoever.
I advised I would not try the product which I collected on the18th October unopened. It will be returned immediately.
On the outside of the packaging it states:
Essence of Argan (30ml)
Idrotherapy Wrinkle Reducer
However, without opening there is 1 product not as stated. The product was not the ordered product I had to open and check as the shape was not that of a jar but a bottle. The package contained the Essence of Argan.
UPDATE: 19th October 2022. In fairness to them I have to now advise that as I would not rest until this had been rectified. After phoning this morning to advise I expected a refund forthwith, not just as mentioned in my review, but because the product is in fact Oil of Argan and not the product I ordered as a trial, and paid for. I received it within 30 minutes of the call if not sooner. Thank you for doing the right thing and refunding promptly.

Fraud
My debit card was debited for an anauthorised amount of money. I'm on a disability pension and can't possibly afford to lose this sort of money. I now have to wait for my next pension to be paid until I can buy food and medications as I'm a chronic asthmatic among other health issues. This is the worst thing anyone can do to someone like me.

Yet another dodgy website!
I haven't ordered as it looked dodgy. The blurb spells holistically ‘wholistically’! Immediate red flag! I’ve been sucked in before with a fake ‘crocs’ website - never again. Scumbags!!

My Last Rant
My last rant! After several attempts at charging my credit card & all being declined, suddenly, I'm worth a phone call! Tactics worked, they are FINALLY are canceling the order (that I never placed) & will stop charging my credit card. BEWARE...THEY WILL SCAM YOU TO THE DEATH!
P.S. guaranteed their response will be their standard. They dont read the reviews, they just try to cover it up by answering quickly with baloney.

Idrotherapy buyer beware!!
Idrotherapy buyer beware!!! Do not buy this product - the “free trial” where you just pay $6.99 and $7.99 postage for each product actually locks you in to a contract where you will be billed each month and sent out the products you ordered on trial at $99 per product USD plus postage.
BEWARE!! It’s disgusting and super dirty marketing. Completely lacking in integrity,
The “customer service” person on the phone was rude and insulting. I managed to cancel my ‘unintentional subscription’ but was told I had to pay $9 each product processing fee plus return postage of the sample products.
Or I had the ‘very special offer’ option to pay $70 USD to keep my trial products.
Scam. Scam, scam. I am appalled disgusted.

This is a huge scam
This is a huge scam, this company expects you to send products back within 15 days of a 30 day trial, this starts from order date, btw, they then charge your credit card $ 400 in my case New Zealand, for said free trial, and then 15 days later charge you $450 for product "on the way" apparently I was sent an email to see if I was enjoying the product's...no I wasn't

"Mom"
I was tempted until I read through the ad for this product. In Australia we call our Mothers 'Mum' not 'Mom' this is an American term. This prompted me to check reviews before yet again being sucked into a subscription and cancellation nightmare for something that probably doesn't do what it claims. Thank you for your reviews.

If you have purchased anything from…
If you have purchased anything from these scammers, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY! I did five hours after placing an order upon releasing it was a scam (by multiple reviewers/articles). Four days later I did receive the trial cream, but they no longer had access to my bank account. I tried to ring the company on the number they provided for Australia 03 8657 4222 to cancel my "contract" and was going to send the cream back as instructed in their T&C, but when the woman (who would not give me her name) got my order number and realized I was going to cancel she hung up. I tried to call back - no answer. I believe that was a signal (window of opportunity) for them to take money from my account (had it been active). That is the only reason I can think of why they tell you to phone before returning the product in order to cancel your contract.

BE CAREFULL!!! DON"T TAKE THE "FREE TRIAL" Fine print says that if you don't return or cancel within 16 days of order, you will be charged the full $104 US, and every month after that!!! What a rip-off!!!

Really worth it!
At first, I am really hesitant to try it, but then after a week of using it, I notice my skin is glowing and some unwanted spots are fading! I'm on my 3rd month now and it's really worth it!
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE . ITS A SCAM . You pay for the free trial once they have your Bank Details they will keep taking Money from your account. I got one free trial and the next week they took 116.22EURO from my account and sent me NOTHING. When I asked for my money back they told me post back the Items first. The items I didn't even recieve. CON ARTISTS. They only want your account Details to rob you.

Extra charge of $6.99
So I ordered the Idrotherapy Wrinkle Cream for a trial price of $7.49. When I checked my bank account online, to see if it had gone through, there was also a charge for $6.99. I went to the company website and found the phone number. When I explained what had happened, it took about 2 minutes to resolve. There was no issue in being refunded. I was emailed the refund receipt and asked to check it before the conversation ended. So despite the error in charges being made, it wasn't a problem. So my experience, so far, has been excellent. No complaints here

Every time I use this product it burns my skin leaving it red and sometimes time purple colour. My skin is dry and scabby like a bad burn. Twice I have notified the company and twice no response and money has still been coming out of my account. Now I’m getting the bank involved as I’m over it. Just warning others to be careful and letting you know that the bank can put a stop to it
