As expected, the order was placed.
Just had issues with verification from my order as the system flagged it as suspicious. Other than that, the whole journey was smooth. Delivery within 48 hrs of verification.

Absolutely perfect, everything you need to start playing and everything fits so compact and perfectly in the travel case! Very happy with the guitar, it feels and plays beautifully!

I received the piano bench but no piano. Still waiting. The parcel is apparently sat in a delivery depot and hasn’t moved in 5 days

This company takes the order then states they can’t complete there order. No phone number to contact them.
Also trying to get a refund is time consuming, takes ages for responses from emails. Had to claim back from my bank and let the bank sort it out.

The delivery was very quick, only couple of days to arrive, although not sure why the stool gets sent separately to the piano. Overall we are very happy with the quality. The keys have a nice weight to them, and the piano is very solid and sturdy. You can see unpainted MDF at the bottom of the piano, so it would be nicer if this was finished with a nice veneer like the rest, but for the price and feature sets it's very good. If you are looking for a piano to start learning how to play with professional features, then look no further.

Strange that Donner invited me to review their company on Trust Pilot when Inalready informed them by wmail that inwould be writing some negative feedback about their business. Pretty crap experience overall. Donner sent me the wrong guitar. I contacted them to inform of the mistake, via email and no reply for 24 hours until i sent a second email. (they dont have a customer service telephone line (whichever country you happen to live) so its all by email. I eventually did get a reply asking me for photographic evidence of what I had received. Sent them the photos, again, no reply. 3 more messages I sent and finally a reply (1 week after mistake first reported) telling me they would resolve the issue but this could take between 1 and 8 days! What sort of service is that? I get that their instruments are made in China but surely a company operating in multiple countries would take steps to have a customer service team located in each country of operation to handle what should be a straight forward logistical issue? Fair enough, mistakes happen but this company do not seem to have employed the right people to deal with any customer service issues. Poor... Definitely will avoid doing business with Donner Music in the future. A shame as im sure their instruments would be decent enough.

I bought this guitar as a gift, but unfortunately it was not wanted.
So I got in touch with I Donner.eu to arrange a return. Their reply time is shocking and when they do reply it's of no help at all.. I was offered a 10% refund and keep the guitar ( which I've accepted, but again!!! No Reply)
My other option was to return the guitar but I had to pay the postage which could cost £50
The after care is awful
I would definitely not buy again off this company simply because of tge customer service!!!

But about the guitar!!!
It's absolutely stunning, such a beautiful little guitar. Very nicely made.
I chose the maple silent guitar and would highly recommend it.
Just buy it with another company.
Make sure you check their returns policy before buying!!

As with all the Donner Music products I own (Piano, 3 guitars), the quality is first class and the added accessories enhance the experience even more.
Delivery was super fast (2 days from ordering), the guitar was well packed with no damage to the outer box.
On unboxing, the finish was exceptional, no fret sprout, the fingerboard and frets were smooth.
A real surprise was that the guitar was strung with D'Addario 9s and almost tuned perfectly. String action was perfect. One minor thing which really was to be expected was the intonation on the bottom sixth string was slightly out but that was soon remedied.
Plugging in, the tone from the pair of Humbuckers was excellent and the split coil function only added to the tonal varieties.
A superb buy and I am more than happy to recommend Donner as a guitar speciaist supplier.
