Zero trust. Poorly managed. Blatant lying.

This company will absolutely never ship your product, and then will blame it on everything under the sun. I ordered a halter in October, and when it hadn't arrived over a month later I reached out- they claimed it was due to the canada post strike.... that started two full weeks after my order should have arrived. They said it shipped shortly after that, but it's now three weeks later and still no tracking number, while they continue to post that many orders are being delivered in 2-4 days! How is it a Canada post issue if youre still delivering *some* orders?
IF they respond at all, it's to apologize for the strike causing shipping issues. But they won't address the fact that many of the delayed orders are from October and before (again, the strike started mid November). What they will do is have an extremely active social media presence trying to reassure everyone that "it's only certain sizes and colors" and deleting negative experiences. I made sure to take screenshots of mine and others frustrations.
