i will buy new machine.
so i use idmatch.

ID match is fast and the dynamic nature helps a lot compared to traditional bike fit, but many important things such as pressure mapping for saddles, Q factor, etc. are missing.

It was very interesting to observe how the technology, the sensors, during the pedaling the corresponding adjustments were made in order to look for the adaptation of the corresponding measure in the components.

Bike Fit process was ok. Staff was ok, helped with parking. The space was clean and tidy. Booking the session online was easy and good to have.
Two reasons I give 4 stars is that my booking was postponed from 10am to 15pm the day before Bike Fit, which I booked 6 days earlier.
Also, I am not fully convinced how accurate the 3d scanning camera (Xbox camera) get measurements of my shoulders, legs, hips etc.

Great personal, detailed attention and interaction from Bjorn who did my set up. Lots of interaction and context about what and why adjustments were being made. Never felt like my questions were dumb and the process was never rushed.

The measurement process was quick and lead by competent personnel.

The measurements were performed very good.

The person in charge of doing the bike fit was very professional and polite so I felt really comfortable

Its almost perfect, but as a fitter the apps need some improvement such the flexibility to add notes for result, able to go back page without losing the measurement ( cause we need to write it down manually on paper just to check the correct data).

Joel is a very experienced bike fitter, and consequently he was able to balance the "numbers" that the system generates with real world experience.
I'd highly recommnend him.

I am very happy with the outcome of the fitting. I have a pain free ride on 6% slope where before i would fell foot and wrist numb. I can feel the difference before and after fit. Shah was very helpful explaining the terms and the measurements. The fitting process was pretty smooth. The adjustment of the bike was good.

i have my bike fit done with idmatch. it was a good experience overall. The cleat positioning is by far the best on. The machine set my saddle height about 67,8cm which is okay but not comfortable. i have all the recommended measurements but to my experience it was off. not in a bad way but can be improved. saddle tip to handle bar is around 54cm after a few weeks of trying to adopt..

at the end i lowered the saddle height by 1cm, and adjusted to 52cm saddle tip to handle bar.. its a thousand times better..

This was my first bike fit and I was unsure which of the seven coordinates the fit provides to determine the adjustment of my Wahoo Kickr Smart Bike V2. The Wahoo Precision Bike Fit does not include ID Match, only Guru, Retul and Trek. The response to my email to ID Match was quick and informative, and detailed which of the coordinates could be used in any one of those other three fits. I soon had the bike precision adjusted to suit. A big difference to the one provided by the Wahoo App using just ones height and inside leg measurements.

Richard was very through and competent. It was a great experience and I learned quite a bit about my body and alignment in regards to my bike. I highly recommend getting a bike fit from Lucidity.
