⭐ 1/5 — Extremely unprofessional
Honestly, I was shocked by how unprofessional this company is, especially considering they are one of the oldest internet providers in Lebanon.
My experience has been nothing but delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of follow-up. You don’t get updates — you have to chase them for everything. Even the account supervisors barely respond, and when they do, you rarely get any useful information.
It has now been over a month, and my internet line still hasn’t been installed. And before anyone blames Ogero: this delay has nothing to do with Ogero. It has been entirely on the provider’s side.
Then, after finally telling me that my router was ready, I was informed that it would be sent through a delivery company because I was in Roumieh rather than Beirut. Fine. Except it has now been four days, and nobody has contacted me.
Once again, I have to call, follow up, ask questions, and chase them just to get a basic update about my own order.
Apparently, their business model is: you order, you wait, you chase, you wait some more… and maybe eventually something happens.
For a company that has been around for so long, I expected a completely different level of professionalism and customer service.
At this point, their service reminds me of Ogero — slow, frustrating, and seemingly allergic to accountability.
If you value your time and expect basic communication from your internet provider, think twice before choosing them.
