I made a wrong order, which they happily corrected quickly. The postage was then conducted quickly which was helpful as there was a 1 day delay (from the courier) which would have resulted in me not getting the parcel had it not have been dispatched so quickly. The right order arrived and fits pretty well and look cool, thank you!

I made a purchase from this website. They said they shipped the item. Then a week later they said it was returned to them as not deliverable. My address was correct. Ten days later I asked for an update. They said they were waiting for the package to be returned. I pointed out that they stated thy already had the package. That was 17 days ago. They have not answered 2 emails nor a comment left on their site. Over a month and no package and no response from the company.

The designer was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. From the very beginning, the design turned out great and was exactly what we were looking for. The vinyl used is of high quality and was easy to install, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

We are very satisfied with both the customer service and the overall quality of the product. Everything from communication to the final result met our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this to others looking for a similar solution.

Vinyl is of good quality. Tricky to apply on a Luba 2 mower. Would be easier if the large side sections came in separate pieces. The vinyl was not exactly the same as that pictured on the web page. Postage to the UK bumped the cost up a fair amount. Overall, very pleased with the product.

You pay premium delivery prices yet the delivery timescale is atrocious.

I paid 29.90 euros for delivery alone on the 28th November 2025, my tracking number on the 10th December is showing that my parcel is still in French customs clearance process.

Your response dated 11th December 2025 is incorrect, your shipment date was the 4th December ...it's taken six days from your premises to French customs.

One bit of advice, take ownership and address your shipment issues.

Let's say you shipped my parcel on the 1st December …. Why ten days later, after shipping, is my parcel still in France?

Anyone thinking of ordering from the UK, be warned for lengthy deliveries with no apology.

UK customers, PLEASE TAKE NOTE. My order placed on 28th Nov 2025 is still held in French customs today 29th Dec 2025. IDgrafix has shown negligence and carelessness when questioning above about my delivery .....DO NOT BUY

My cow stickers look so good on the mower. Very pleased

The Ferrari sticker kit was very good for my Husqvarna Automower 450X, the downside was the stickers came with no instructions of where to apply (I did work it out in the end) and the online transaction was done as a cash payment therefore I got charged an amount on top that I was unaware of (Not amused by that as that also resulted in interest charges on my credit card). The quality of the stickers is very good but at 30 euros for delivery along with the other aspects I've mentioned, it's pricey.

I had no problem getting a hold of someone with questions before I shot you guys the money for a decal kit but after that I couldn't get a hold of anyone with questions or able to contact anyone about any changes that I wanted done to the decal the day after I purchased it. The one time you guys did get a hold of me was the day before you were going to ship it out which was about a week later and told me that there were or could be no changes done to the decal because you had just printed it yet you had many emails from me prior to printing it that you should have answered and they would have been no issue but instead of you went ahead and printed it anyways and then told me I was out of luck as there was nothing you could do at that point.

Im noob at putting sticks on 3D objects, so I had some trouble sticking the two largest stickers to the object. Everything else looks like it's original from the factory. I work in a printing company and I can say that the quality of the material and the printing is at the highest level.

I ordered “cow” decals for a 440 IQ Husqvarna auto mower cover. The photo on the website looks like the covering is made up of approximately 4 decals that fit the contours of the machine’s cover. What I received was 31 small decals in a clear plastic bag. None of the decals seem to fit the contours of the machine’s cover and there were no instructions or photos to show how or where the decals are supposed to be applied. What I received looks nothing like was advertised on website. I’m so disappointed because I thought it was such a fun idea but I can’t even begin to figure out where to place even one of the decals. I reached out to IDgrafix in hopes that they could give me some insight on how to resolve this issue but I have not heard back from them.

7/27/25 Thank you for responding to my review concerning the cow decals for my Automower. I apologize but I did not see your response to my original message. Per your request, the Reference # VLWUNSGBT.
The only instruction video I have found is on how to apply the decals to the surface of a device which is helpful but generic for any device. What I am looking for is where to specifically place these decals on the Automower. A simple diagram showing how these decals fit together or where to place them on the mower would be helpful. I’m not sure where I should look for your response, so I will keep this chat open for as long as I can. Or look for your response in the review. Thank you for your patience.

7/30/25 Thank you for sending me the pictures of the applied decals. The pictures helped a little in demonstrating where the decals are intended to be placed in relation to each other. However, the pictures are of a different automower model with different graphics on the decal. I dry-placed some of the decals on the mower in an attempt to see if I could salvage the situation but none of them fit the contours of the 440 IQ model. Very disappointing but it is time for me to move on. Thank you for your prompt responses. Note: You might want to consider including a placement diagram with your decals to ease the process for your first time customers.

Very bad experience with this company, poorly made vinal sticker kit, followed all the guidelines set by them and also have experience with this. The glue is very poor and after only 1 day it come unstuck and failed to re-stick. Contacted the company to be fogged off blaming me when clearly it was a faulty glues issue. Will have to take legal action as they are very immature and rude so will take them to court if needed as they need to be taught a lesson in customer service. I won’t recommend this company to anyone and trust me if you have an issue they won’t help you. Stay clear of this company.
