I’ve had extremely negative experiences with custom mousepad companies in the past:

One company, which I saw advertised on Reddit, shut down immediately after I placed my order, leaving a bunch of people without products or money. I had to issue a chargeback through my bank.

Another company ignored me for a month, and when I left a negative review, they tried to blame me for the fact that THEY forgot to fulfill my order.

iD Gaming, however, delivered a custom pad to the other side of the continent in just three weeks. It was a small gift for my wife, and she is very happy with it. The pad came packed in a sturdy, nice-looking sleeve, tied with a ribbon that included a discount card for our next order.

The quality seems great. Since she isn't a gamer, it's hard to evaluate its in-game performance, but the fabric feels very pleasant to the touch. I’m now thinking about ordering a custom design for myself.

Took some time to get here, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. The whole needing the Shop app to track your order is crazy to me. Other than that, it looks amazing and the mouse movement feels great. I’ll be sure to update my review after some time has passed and we see how it handles drink stains and cleaning.

The mousepad that I made for an XMas present had photos of myself and my significant other. I was worried these images would bleed or be low quality, but it came perfectly. The images are high quality and clear, the materials used feel nice and the delivery was faster than expected. I will definitely be purchasing from iD again if I want another custom mousepad!

It was brilliant service and excellent quality i ordered for my other half as a Christmas present and had it personalised with his streaming and business logos each end and the quality was outstanding and he was over the moon so much so my son now wants me to order him a personalised one too as the quality is super (which is top remarks from my son who has spd and autism so for him to love the feel and quality of the material its top praise ) so il definitely be back to order again soon but yeah was simple process from start to finish and was updated with postage and etc was great

The desk mat is really good quality and it was dispatched really quickly.
It was only held up by Evri, so it missed arriving before Christmas (it wasn't a gift).
Tempted to order another one as a spare.

Honestly the best service I’ve had from a company. Even at Xmas time they got my mat to me within 48hrs. Great comms. Superb looking mat. Super happy and would highly recommend iD Gaming!!

Used this site to make a custom playmat for a Christmas present. Had great customer service and the quality is amazing, I will recommend this to anyone who needs a similar service.

I think the thickness of the deskmat should be a little more increase but for the quality of the design is one of the best I've seen + with the logo you guys can make it a little bit small next time or try to find a different way to display it.

This was a gift for my son in law and I was very impressed with the speed of delivery as well as how beautifully the packaging and presentation were. He was delighted with it and so am I.

Waited Over a week for delivery (evri) and still no sign of item. why use them ? everyone knows there rubbish. Was sent to my works address so now it won’t be delivered until the new year. Paid for 1-2 day delivery too but still no luck

High quality mats and surprisingly quick delivery on the custom printed mat.

Overall i'm really impressed with ID Gaming and would buy from them again.

Great and fast free delivery, I now own 6 mousepads, love the designs by artists on there, but not so much with the AI ones, Quality of these items are great as I've washed them many times and they still have there colours and stitches!

Ive been looking for a deskmat that would complete my setup but the ones already on the market didnt really appeal to me. With iD Gaming i was able to customise my own and they did not let down!!! the shipping was fast and the deskmat itself is very good quality (quite thick and non slip). it exceeded my expectations :D

The website states returns are considered on a case by case basis, my order was not custom made so can be restocked, I wanted to exchange for a more expensive item and pay the difference but this was refused and my response has been ignored

I am extremely happy with the quality, smooth surface, and stable on the desk. Comfortable to use and feels durable. Exactly what I was looking for

The app for custom design could be a bit more polished, and have more features, but the finished product was excellent quality!
