You cannot reach this company for…

You cannot reach this company for customer service by any means. They will not pick up if you call. If you request a call back it is nothing but dead air when the machine calls you. If you try to leave an email you get an error message. When you contact them to tell them how they are doing, you get voicemail. They are the worst I have experienced. That says something.

Worst company

Worst company, pathetic customer support.

If u purchase any license and if get corrupted in any way. you will not get any support else you will be asked to pay .

Why you take money upfront if you cant provide support.

There's no signage inside the building

There's no signage inside the building. I had to ask a restaurant employee where the place was. I get to the 3rd floor there's STILL NO SIGNAGE except for a tiny sign with an arrow pointing to a door (WITH NO SIGN). I go in, there's a little old lady on the phone sitting at a table (no desk) she takes my credentials and sends to the next room to sit and wait to be called. There's no one in the room but me and no one is being serviced yet the woman is on a personal call. She finally calls me in, takes my information, never looks up, talks super fast. It took about 5 minutes to do everything and I was done. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I find it hard to believe that the TSA is entrusting such an important task to such a lackluster organization as IDEMIA.

If you schedule an appointment

If you schedule an appointment, don’t count on them honoring your time. My wife and I both scheduled appointments and waited for up to 30 minutes each to be seen. They obviously don’t care about promptness or courteous consideration for your time. They simply use a sign in sheet of first come first served. Just be aware, you are probably just as well off doing a walk-in at your own convenience.

Unreliable company

Unreliable company. Did not honor appointment reservation, the technician was then unable to operate his own system. Waste of time. Use a different service for TSA.

Garbage company with garbage employees

Made an appointment for a job I needed to start ASAP. They call me the night before and cancel but tell me to call a number to reschedule. I call but no one is there to answer the phone.

Finally make an appointment but had to call and give them a Billing code because I wasn’t meant to pay. Am forced to pay at the appointment anyway!

So I call them and ask for my money or what happened. after navigating their deliberately confusing phone maze I finally get a human.

- First guy says he is in the wrong state
- Second lady disconnects the phone mid conversation.
- Third lady tries to help but then just tells me to talk to my employer. I ask who else I can talk to and she says that no one there can help me. (Which makes no sense, they made the mistake, they need to fix it). So I hang up and call back to find someone who can help.

- Finally get through to the worst customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. Already has my info and the dumbass says “I don't understand why you paid for it.” But without giving me a chance to explain what their finger-printer told me or explaining to me why talking to my employer made sense HE HUNG UP.
