Smooth experience and a successful project. We connected Ideals on a last minute project with very urgent needs. Everything was setup very quickly and with great ease. Good quality VDR for comparatively lower price

Ideals has been an exceptional tool to share corporate information with potential partners. We have received many compliments from external partners on the look, feel and professionalism of the VDR.

Really intuitive and clear VDR, with an easily downloadable archive, a highly navigable interface, strong analytics and reporting functionality, and really impressive customer service.

The data room is very well structured. The menu navigation is plausible, and the initial introduction of about 30 minutes was sufficient to subsequently work independently. Even employees not familiar with IT were able to upload documents and manage the data inventory within a very short time. Over a period of several months, the data room was maintained almost daily. The technical integration into our IT system was easy to accomplish. The completion of the project and the dispatch of the USB sticks was carried out extremely quickly at our request. It is also worth mentioning the very fast-acting, always accessible, and highly competent customer support.

We received the support we needed. The in-app functions are easy to navigate and has a simple user interface.
