Tried to engage their services but they were totally befuddled and confused, even rude, every time we called, causing our project to be delayed. They accepted no responsibility for their continuous confusion, and wasting my time - frustrating experience in dealing with a company like this!
The office receptionist took our address 3X, I even spelled the street for her, yet she had it listed as a completely different address...talk about confused (that's my way of addressing her in a kind manner).
We found another asbestos remediation company that handled the job in a far more efficient, effective, organized, and even less expensive (Eisen Environmental and American Air Testing both in the SF Bay Area).
