Order not received

I placed an order on 13 December, from Spain. At the checkout the website shows 3-6 working days for delivery, for which I paid 5 euros. Today is 4 January and I still did not receive the order. Tracking shows it is still in Germany, where it is sent from. Contacted customer service a few times, the agents are very rude as if they are making you a favour, then just sent a template message and closed the chat without any help. I asked for the order to be cancelled due to the huge delay or to be honest I don't even know what's happening with the parcel cause tracking doesn't update, they just close the chat. Will never buy again from this store and will never recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience.

Long shopping for rubbish product

I ordered on 23/11, got my order today on 30/12 and it looks rubbish! Should have looked at TrustPilot.. spent $40 on a phone strap that was supposed to faux pearl, but looks sooooo tacky, the pearls are like 1cm big each, looks like a kids toy. Waste of time and money

KEEP AWAY. DOUBLE CHARGE. CHINA CRAP.

If I could give minus and shut down this horrible company, I would.
I stupidly ordered from ideal of Sweden before looking on TrustPilot.
Several weeks after ordering (during black Friday), they still had not shipped my items. So I went in to try and cancel my order because I could see from TrustPilot that I never should have ordered from them in the first place.
Over 3 weeks they spammed me with mails to buy more and that they have not forgotten me and they would reply to my mail soon (but never did).
I then over a month after ordering received my items. They charged me the full amount from my credit card just after I clicked “complete purchase “. Then after I reviewed the items, they reserved the same amount from my card that I already had payed for once.
I can now confirm that the products from Ideal of Sweden are not products made in Sweden but cheap products made in China. And I would recommend everyone to stay away from them and DO NOT PURCHASE because you will be charged more than what you ordered (double charged), despite saying you don’t want to be on the mailing list, you are spammed and never able to speak to an actual person.
AVOID IDEAL OF SWEDEN AT ALL COSTS. Please help shut this company down.

Worst experience ever, zero help from them

I ordered November 29th! It STILL has not shipped. Customer service is a JOKE! They won't cancel order or refund me. Can't give me answers except they're sorry and it should ship soon. Cant track it. Can't refund or cancel it. No answers, and no product!! I will NEVER order from this joke of a company again and if you're deciding if you should...DON'T!!! There's plenty of other companies to order from and 11,000 reviews here should tell that they don't even deal with customer issues because people have to vent on a website that isn't even theirs! Chat disconnected me today because I wanted an answer and they don't ever have one. Unbelievable.

I ordered 26 of Nov and still can’t…

I ordered 26 of Nov and still can’t find where my parcel is! When i ordered i tried to add my unit number however automagically changed without unit number so i tried live chat straight after order, they said can’t do anything for me! So i had to wait to come Australia! However AU POST also said they can’t check still not in AU!! I tried live chat many times both and they so bad service! Waste my money $99.49!! I wanna refund also they can’t do atm
because they don’t know where my parcel is!! How can i do now?!! Is this fake company?

Incorrect order confirmation despite correct order

I ordered a case with strap for an iPhone 15, but received an order confirmation for iPhone 13 (?). After I couldn't correct the order online and couldn't reach anyone, I wrote to support (who was unavailable) and ordered the same item again (iPhone 15) to be on the safe side, but to my surprise I received another incorrect order confirmation, this time for iPhone 14.

The next day, customer service got in touch and I explained my request to them again. I told them that I wanted the correct item and wanted the other, i.e. the second order, to be revoked or canceled. At this point, I have not received any shipping notification or tracking information for either order.

Customer service simply replied that it was a universal product, but in fact it is described differently on the website. Now I wanted to make use of my legal right and cancel all orders because I don't know if they will really deliver the goods.

However, customer service refuses to cancel or revoke the order, despite the clear legal situation. It gives the impression that they simply want to send parcels around the world and earn money from the shipping and returns.

Horrible brand

Horrible brand, they are not providing you with any information while you order. Didn’t get any email while ordering!! They sent products 7 days after my order only because I reacted and asked what is wrong…. Now 11 day passed and still nothing. I gave them last chance and they blow it… do not recommend.

Joke of a company!

Very upset with this company. First of all my order was just “lost” on its way to South Africa. Customer care said they would give me a refund. Over 2 weeks later and still received nothing. I am incredibly pissed off!!! I think this company is a scam. They cannot even provide a proof of payment (for proof of my refund) when I asked. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The product is not the best quality

The product is not the best quality. Expectations from a Swedish company is higher. The iPhone cases are beautiful but after a period of usage it starts to wear out and gets a lot of scratches. In addition Their iPhone cases are not Magsafe compatible. Has a lot of difficulty using the Magsafe charger from Apple with this product.

Slightly doesn’t fit

Case looks cool, however is just a tiny bit too small and doesn’t fit over all 4 corners after a month of use it has a crack in one of the corners.

It’s been 14 days and I still haven’t…

It’s been 14 days and I still haven’t received my cellphone case. I tried contacting them, they sent an email to contact them again, but never received a reply after that.

I live in Japan and thought I might have made a mistake with the address, but I check the site and looks like I didn’t.

Postnord sucks too! This company should just close down all together with all the bad reviews.

Haven't received my order after a month

I placed an order for $250 worth of product - phone case, car attachment, and screen protector. That was nearly a month ago. No notification of delivery but when I check the order it shows as being delivered to a non-address. There is no correlation to what I entered on the order. Abysmal experience. They used to be good in Australia and I have ordered multiple times in the past with no issues but alas that is no more.

If you’re ordering from Australia… you…

If you’re ordering from Australia… you can potentially wait up to a month for delivery. Given the price of the product it’s really annoying to wait weeks. Customer service was a bit slow to respond too, I’m though sure it’s not their fault but if postage is a problem, make it known to the consumer. Purchase was on the 17/7. Arrived 20/08.

Positive experience and highly recommended brand!

Recived my order within a week of placing it even though it was shipped from abroad.I ordered a few cases,wristlet,phone strap and a screen protector.All beautiful and well made.The only issue I had was with the screen protector.It cracked on the first day of use from a wristlet chain hitting it in my bag.I contacted customer service and had a new one shipped straight away free of charge.No questions asked and I even got a code for 20% off my next order as an apology.I would highly recommend this brand and advise everyone not to worry about tracking info not being updated everyday and all the negative reviews on here.I had a very positive experience and will definitely be ordering from them again!Thank you Ideal of Sweden - my phones are all glamed up now!

No notifications when package is delivered

It looked like the package was stuck in the post terminal in Sweden for a long time. But their own package tracking does not work apparently. You have to know that you need to check the post tracking yourself (for example in Finland you need track it via Posti - NOT Postnord as stated by Ideal of Sweden) and that you won't get a message or mail when it is delivered. Very weird that you have to check this manually yourself and that you get zero notifications - I bet many people don't get their packages due to this.

I ordered case pastel marble

I ordered case pastel marble. Newest one material is good quality and design is beautiful. It doesn’t feel cheap at all but one thing is its not fully protect. It would be nice if they have button cover too. That would be perfect. Fast shipping for me.
