Great service again today from Ideal

Great service again today from Ideal. Excellent communication to arrange the appointment from the engineer, Simon. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and helpful, as usual and replaced the part, checking everything as requested. Thank you.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Boiler just under 48 hours above the 2 years warranty and the customer services team said the repair has to be chargeable. The gas engineer who picked-up the fault said, Ideal Heating boilers are having sich faults as many other customers have reported. I would not buy these boilers or recommend anyone to them!

The communication from head office was excellent.
The communication with the engineer was less so. He was very pleasant, I do not know about his quality of work.
