Is IdealEstate.co a SCAM?

This site has mysteriously became unreachable since late October 2024 without any notice to it's paid subscribers. I signed up for a 1 year subscription ($179/yr) and used the service for approximately 2 months. Everything appears to be fine, though not enough time to really evaluate it's worth and legitimacy. Now I am trying to contact the company to get a refund but no way to reach them.. no working email, no working phone number ..nothing. Are there any other Agents out there having the same experience?
