Helpful advice from a real person
Helpful real person on the phone who patiently understood what we (over 70 and not tech savvy) needed. Order arrived promptly. We had to ring up and get more help to connect it (better written instructions would have been good) but again more patience and help offered. Equipment now installed and everyone happy! Thanks

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, product well packaged and looks decent. So far I’ve managed to retrieve some 40yr old childhood videos which I was worried were going to be eventually lost due to deterioration of the VHS tapes. Also I’ve managed to take some footage from an old Hi8 Camcorder easily enough. All in all I’m very pleased. Seems to be an odd bit of frame skipping but not enough to potentially cause a problem.
