Id Photo 

I have a very bad experience with ID photo team where i paid for the service and i didn’t receive my 22Digits ID for residency
I sent numbers of emails but the response is very poor
I will not recommend your application for my colleagues

Photo did not work. I was charged £2.90 for a photo that did not work. Two days later I was charged a subscription fee that I was unaware of at £39.90. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

If I could put less than one star, I would. Who needs a monthly subscription for this? Clearly no one, and they know it. This a scam, and built with the intention to abuse and take advantage of unsuspicious users -- or people slightly in a hurry. While we are all getting more and more suspicious on the Internet, the only surprise is that we are still getting caught because they are getting more and more devious. I hope they can sleep at night..... NOT.

Slipping in a monthly subscription when all I wanted was an ID picture is borderline scamming. I'm less than happy about this and must tell you that you have built distrust in record time!

Good evening, I was charged today for a subscription I never signed up for. This is theft! I am requesting a refund for this €40 charge. I am extremely shocked by this fraudulent subscription, and one thing is for sure: I will never use your services again!

I am extremely disappointed with ID Photo Pro. The way this service is presented is not transparent at all. I was not clearly informed that I was signing up for a subscription, and I have now been charged € 39,90 per month since February without being aware that a recurring payment was being taken.

A subscription of this cost should be communicated clearly and openly before any payment is made. Hiding such important information behind unclear terms is unacceptable and feels misleading.

On top of that, the actual service was not even useful. The ID photo I created through ID Photo Pro was too blurry and poor quality to be accepted for my driving licence or passport. So I paid a significant amount of money for a service that did not deliver a usable result.

I strongly recommend that others be very careful before using this service. A company should be transparent about subscriptions and provide a product that actually meets official requirements. My experience has been extremely negative, and I would not use ID Photo Pro again.

Fraud !!!!!! Don't pay it or you will be automatically suscribed to their 40€ monthly plan.

It was not cleary stated that if i buy a photo they will take another 39 eur in a few days.
This is not normal, u need a service like this in a hurry and they scam you for a stupid and almost useless service!

Dont use their service. Evwn when used once, would unknowingly sign you up for heft monthly payments. Fraudulent

Thought I was only paying €2.90 for passport photos (which were not accepted for a passport application). Had no idea I was signing up to a subscribed service where €39.90 was taken within 48 hours. Hidden charges that when I complained was told they are clearly stated, well I did not see them? Would not use them again. I was told the money only held by my bank but a week later it’s still not released? Bad experience and would not recommend

I just wanted an id format photo. I paid 2,90€. Then a 39,90€ hidden suscription is contracted.

Purchased a one-time offer for €2,90, and ended up being charged €40 a couple of days later, because I was forcefully handed a monthly membership, that I never signed up for. This site is a scam, don’t buy anything from them, unless you want to get charged €40 each month unwillingly and unknowingly

They are thieves. You pay for a photo (2,90€) and then your card is debited for more than 30€ without any explanation and reason, without asking for your approval. This site is not trustworthy. To be avoided
