Product i choose was the powder ,do not expect turkey teeth in a week ,It did work but took a good month to notice a difference, and probably took my teeth down two shades so better than nothing. The good thing is though it makes your teeth feel really clean without sensitivity.
I did also buy the whitening pen but unfortunately thats done nothing .
