Terrible they allow you to place orders for items they do not really have. Cancelled my orders twice! Even worse than that is the phone reps are really rude and hang up abruptly somewhere during the call. The last rep pretended that after the call I can leave a review about the phone experience and just hung up after that. Avoid icuracao they are a joke!

I had a account opened up by theft and…
I had a account opened up by theft and I told this company about this matter they did nothing to correct this situation. Also made a complaint to the CFPB IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTER AND THEY CLOSED THE CASE SAYING THEY FOUND NO CASE OF FRAUD. WOW. I'm not HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THIS CASE. WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT AS I ALWAYS HAVE UNTIL MY NAME IS CLEARED.
Customer service and more sympathy
It took us forever to get help. We waited for around 40 minutes to be able to talk to person and the credit area there is only one person helping once we got the help she told us that she did not know a lot of things, and couldn’t answer most of our questions. She seemed kind of lost and her area of work. Also when we were looking for some items, we saw that they had a promotion table where they were selling most of the things for two and five dollars, but there was a mess you could barely identify what was for two dollars or for five when we try to buy some items. The person at the register was really rude and told us that everything that we had was for five dollars when we tried to explain to her that there was a mess at the table and we couldn’t clearly see what was for five dollars. She got mad and went and took a picture to a signed that wasn’t the table inside of a basket and told us that the sign said that everything was for five dollars inside of the basket , but earlier that day when I walk in the store, I had picked that sign up and put it in that basket because it was at the floor so she did not even know what she was saying to us when she told us that the things that there were in the basket were for five dollars so I went back and took a picture and tried to explain to her and she got mad i’m not sure, but it seems like she was like a manager or something. It seems like there’s no organization at the store. They told me that all of the people at the store were busy doing something and that was the reason I couldn’t get the help earlier when I waited for 40 minutes, but it was clear that the people working were talking walking around like a if they were at the park they don’t seem to care about customer service which that was really bad because I have a credit card at this location for almost 7 years and I would hate to close my account just because of the customer service I really wish that the people here could take their job a bit more responsible and try to help people who come and buy at the store. Hopefully you guys can fix the problem. I really appreciate your time and I hope people can get trained and give more customer service the manager who I spoke to who she was really rude. I bought a warranty for a product and needed to use it. I called the protection company. They said the store,Curacao, doesn't send them the correct information. I called customer service, 6 times and they said they had to authorize sending the information. I had already paid for my warranty. They had the information, but they simply didn't send it. My recommendation is that if you buy a warranty, verify that the curacao store sends the purchase information, to the protection company or simply DO NOT buy it, since they won't pay for it, according to the company's criteria.

Being a good customer is not good enough for you guys I have tried fixing this but you won't even give me my credit back because you guys think that being a good customer is not good enough. I have never been late or never missed a payment. I am going to post on Facebook and we're ever else I can find not to do business with Curacao. They don't appreciate good customers. First time using this company and my shipment was lost. When I called to get a refund, they made me wait two weeks after their claim was paid. This company is so broke they can't even refund the money on the spot knowing and confirming the customer is not at fault. It's been a month after I placed my order and my money is still in their bank

The worst store I have purchased an item a coffee machine. On the second day the coffee machine was leaking water on the bottom. My son, and wife took it back to have replace or refund. They refused to replace it. I had to take time from my work schedule to go to the store, and speak to a Manager (Edgar) At first the gentleman the help was really rude. According to my wife was the same one from the day before. At first they stated that they did not have anymore of the same brand I purchased. At last minute they came out with one that they found on the back warehouse. This tell me do not make any big appliances, or any other big merchandise because they will hassle you to exchange or refund. I will not purchase any item from this store.

I will do whatever is possible to get this company to pay for all the wrong they have caused my community. I cannot stand this company, I read that they are trying to open a Chula Vista location in San Diego. What a coincidence right next to the border of Mexico where alot of Spanish speakers live! I can see how our communities are being targeted and I will not let this company continue to do this.
