Unprofessional and intimidating behaviour
I had a very poor experience at the iCrack store in Chelmsford today.
After buying an iPhone charging cable for £25, I returned shortly afterwards to ask for a refund, having found the same item cheaper elsewhere. While I understand refund policies, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide any management contact details or offer any alternative solution.
Most concerningly, the employee called the police during this interaction, despite the fact that I remained calm and polite at all times. Using the police to intimidate a customer over a routine refund request is completely unacceptable.
I left the store voluntarily and later discovered that the phone number on their flyer rang back to the same employee, making escalation impossible.
Very unprofessional experience
I went to the Chiswick branch big…
I went to the Chiswick branch big mistake, not only did I have to go back once but twice. The first time the screen was too thick and was not was responding. Took it back and they changed it for what I thought was a better screen paid extra £125. After living with it for a week, I realise that it was just too sensitive. Whilst in my pocket, it would take pictures. Send messages. You lock it put it in your pocket and just unlock again and then the phone would block for 10 minutes before I could reuse it again. They are seriously a bunch of Cowboys, if you want my opinion, pay the money and go to Apple it works out cheaper in the long run.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Complete waste of time.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged £100 to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen repaired. I had to go back 3 separate times over of 4 weeks, only to end up with a phone that works worse than when I started.
The first LCD screen stopped functioning if more than more finger was used. When I returned, I was told I had to wait another week for a new screen to be ordered. The second screen fixed the touch issue, but the brightness no longer worked.
On the next visit, the repair tech claims that there has been damage to the motherboard which is why the brightness is not working, however this issue wasn’t present before the repair. The phone needs to be sent to the lab to be repaired as they cannot do a motherboard repair in store. At this stage, they also charged me an extra £25 (discounted from £50!) to have an OLED screen put on instead of LCD. After another week, I was given the phone back with brightness working, but soon discovered Face ID no longer worked and the screen began registering phantom touches, making the phone unusable.
When I returned again, they reluctantly agreed to a refund after a lot of arguing, but only if they put my original broken screen back on. This begs the question: why are they keeping hold of broken phone screens? It makes no sense. After “original” screen was put on, the phone was returned in an even worse condition: the screen no longer responds to touch and now has a large white block on one side.
Four weeks, multiple visits, and £125 later, my phone is in worse condition than when I first walked in. Complete waste of time. I would not recommend this shop.
Very helpful!
The two men helped me find exactly what I needed which helped massively with the Christmas shopping rush! Thank you so much☺️
Sam and Harry at the Bournemouth iCrack…
Sam and Harry at the Bournemouth iCrack were both really helpful and speedy with a phone screen repair. They were able to explain what the issue was originally and how to avoid it which I really appreciated. On top of that they offered me a discounted price on a screen protector after the screen repair which was excellent.
Excellent Customer Service
My husband took his phone in as the camera wasn’t working. They were so helpful and managed to repair it. We had tried other places and were told they couldn’t help.
5* to the Market Harborough branch.

I visited the store In Chantry Place Shopping Centre, Norwich this morning Saturday 29th November, to buy a second hand iphone. The two guys working there were really helpful and knowledgeable , they helped me choose the phone that suited my budget and then also transferred all my data from old phone to new. I gave them my old phone for recycle. I have used this store in the past for advice re the Apple updates and which kind of phone i would need to buy , that would last a while, also for phone chargers etc. A very good store with great staff, patient, calm and great IT skills.
Husband bought an apple Mac and got ripped off
Husband bought an apple Mac, didn’t get on with it so took back 6 days later, the cost was £400, they offered him £100, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Don’t go here, day light robbing bastards

Don't forget ICRACK.

Honest review
I wrote a totally accurate review of the awful service I had from the Ipswich branch in September. The company reported this, but my review was an honest description of the service I received.

REALLY QUICK AND VERY KIND AND HELPFUL GUYS TOWARDS AN OAP !
Very efficient fast service
Very efficient fast service. A quality repair. My only gripe is the cost, though I probably paid premium for a 30 minute screen replacement (Galaxy S23 Ultra) so I can't grumble - it got me out of a hole.
Brilliant service
I popped in as my phone was not charging. I was going to spend money on a new charger and they said lets check the phone. they cleaned out the charging point and it now works fine. no charge. brilliant service.

Such a fantastic service
Such a fantastic service at the Cheltenham High Street store, trustworthy, fast and efficient.
The technician was very polite and pleasant, agreeing a fixed price and time frame for collection.
Completely honest and completed the repair within an hour to an "as new" condition pre breakage condition.
I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

This "service" is SO appalling that I have actually created a Trustpilot account just to help raise awareness about these criminals.
Came in with a cracked back iPhone 15 Pro against my better judgment...Apple fees without warranty were cheaper than their quote! They charged me 175 GBP, made me sign a receipt that I of course didn't read that states: “Liability waiver: by signing the receipt, you consent to release the company and its technicians from liability for claims or damages resulting from repair work. By proceeding with the repair, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy”.
I tried to back out of the service when I watched them put SUPER GLUE and RUBBER BANDS to secure their phone back, and I have since had a diagnostic run by Apple that showed damage to the cameras, a temperature warning, and other damages and I PRAY that the battery hasn't been cracked, which would render my phone useless (if not a health and safety hazard, as cracked batteries can combust) and I will have to pay for a full replacement.
I have raised.a dispute with my bank, and I'm taking them to small claims.
Please if you're reading this and had a similar experience, report them to Trading Standards, or at least email Citizens Advice who will report them (as they did for me) - I do not know how they are still running!
Location doesn't really matter as it's the same crooked company but I went to Broadmead, Bristol

They sell faulty products
Sold me faulty headphones for £19.99. I took them back and exchanged them for another pair which, despite being better, still took around 6-7hrs (if not more) to fully charge. They also didn't always turn on when I wanted them to.
Stay well away from this untrustworthy and dodgy shop - you might as well go to an established one.
