This company does not clean their building and does not address issues related to residents. I have contacted them because mold was growing in my apartment and have requested they check if there is a leak and send out maintenance. My request was deemed solved without anyone coming to inspect nor was my husband and I contacted for any follow up. We have mold in our bedroom and need to know what is causing it. If there is a leak it needs to be fixed. We cannot sleep in our bedroom at this time and had to throw away our furniture. We have sent three requests so far and no one has addressed our concerns. We have contacted our insurance who also stated to follow up with our apartment office to help resolve this and they have not answered.
