I'm addicted to the ground Bison,,,,,very well seasoned and better than I can make at home from raw Bison (I've tried many times)
To save on cost I buy the ground Bison by the pound and then cook 2-3 cups of brown rice and frozen mixed vegetables and toss all together adding a little seasonings.
Depending on the amount of brown rice and mixed veggies i use i get 5-6 9 ox servings per one pound $26 of Bison.
Brings the cost way way down

it is really nice to have a meal prep that has variety and taste great! It is easy to stay on program when all I have to do is just eat when it’s time to eat. This really saves me time in my busy lifestyle.

Since I just ordered a gift card, I really will not know how it is until the recipient tastes the food.

I have ordered from ICON Meals over the years, and it is just so reliable of a service. I order from Washington, DC and don't have any issues with delivery.

The food meets all of our macros, and we have the freedom to create our meals, which is great for body builders like us.

Meals are great!! What I like the most is that I can customize my own meals based on the macronutrients that I need for the phase I am currently on (bulking, shredding, etc.)
My only complain is about the website. I would like a way to quickly re-order a previous fullfilled order, so I dont have to select all the items again one by one.
Also, I would like the Delivery Date to show on the Order History section. This way I know that the date I selected has been acknowledged in the system.

Your food is awesome. I have been a customer for about 4 years now. Chef Danny is hot and I like his cooking videos. Customer service sucks. I tried to call and speak with someone on simple questions about the meal delivery service. The woman who answered the phone had no idea about how the delivery service worked and had no clue who I should talk to about it. Also, at one of the stores I asked about how long a meal would last in the freezer after expiration date on the meal. He was like maybe a week or so. I found some specks on your website that said the meals would hold up to 6 months. I’m not going anywhere but I would suggest there needs to be a “Back to the Basics” on working at Icon Meals and keep Chef Danny happy 😆!

Icon meals is a game changer, macros counted and displayed on front of meal. Delicious, time saved from meal prep. If your a busy individual, icon meals is the way to go! Especially before and after that gym session.
