Where to even start, a smooth website easy to understand and what I love is any instant wins are paid into your wallet straight away, so you can decide whether to withdraw or use again for some more tickets. I was lucky enough to win there first ever competition and another since. Down to earth people who will always answer any of your questions, and payment is always sent within working hours of the day! Great communication and just great people wanting to give back!

I’ve only used ICONIQ a handful of times, but I was lucky enough to win once. It was an instant win, and I received payment within a few days.

While it could have been processed faster, ICONIQ did nothing wrong. The comping industry is just so used to lightning-fast payments that we forget it’s normal to wait a few days.

In fact, ICONIQ is doing the right thing by allowing staff to have a healthy work/life balance instead of expecting them to be online from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. We need more of that!

Overall, I’m very happy, and if there’s a competition that ticks all my boxes, I’ll definitely enter again!
