Lashes came late, quality was cheap, and the product looked nothing like the photos. Customer support was slow and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

I was so excited to try these lashes after seeing the ads.The style I received looked nothing like the picture—the band was thick and clumsy. But the worst part was the reaction. Within an hour of applying them with my usual latex-free glue, my eyelids were red, itchy, and swollen. I had to take them off immediately. I've never had a reaction to lashes before, so I'm very suspicious of the materials used. Not worth the risk or the money. Save your eyelids and shop elsewhere.

I have sensitive skin but have never had an issue with synthetic lashes before. Within 30 minutes of applying these, my eyelids were red, swollen, and incredibly itchy. I had to take them off immediately and my eyes were irritated for the rest of the day. I can only assume there's some kind of harsh chemical in the lash band or the dye they use. It was so uncomfortable and scary. Steer clear if you have any sensitivity at all!

The photos on the website show lush, full, feathery lashes. What arrived were sparse, thin, and poorly constructed strips. The hairs are not evenly distributed, and some are longer than others, giving a choppy, uneven look. They are so lightweight they offer zero volume or drama. They're basically what you'd get in a $2 pack from a discount store, but with fancy marketing and a higher price tag. I feel completely duped.

I ordered a style that was supposed to be a "natural, eye-opening" look. The lashes themselves were so long they literally touched my eyebrows! The outer corners extended way past my natural lash line, giving a comical, droopy effect. I had to trim them significantly, which ruined the intended design. The sizing is completely unrealistic for the average eye shape. It seems like they don't design for real people, just for photoshopped models.

I sent three emails to their customer service asking for a tracking update and got a single, generic, copy-pasted response that didn't answer my question.
