Icona of Sweden - don't buy

Pretty bad business model - I returned a blazer that was too small back in December 2017(their sizing is wrong, and the material not that good). The parcel got lost on its way to Icona's address, or no one was there to pick it up apparently. When I contacted Icona to tell them that the parcel got lost on its way to their offices and that I was dealing with Royal Mail to recover it, they said that they will assist me with the return arranging a courier once the blazer got back to me again. Now in April 2018 the lost blazer finally got back to me in the UK via Royal Mail and now I am trying to contact Icona to return it as agreed in their previous e-mails (I don't want the blazer, I want my money back). I have sent them 3 e-mails and no response. No other way to contact them, no way to leave a review in their facebook page. I feel cheated.

Problems after returning package

I would give them zero stars if it was possible. Dutch citizen, bought some items but when sent back, I have waited for 4 montha to get my money back.

Finally settled, They refund.

Still waiting for a refund.

I ordered some clothes and sent some items back because they did not fit. I did that withing the specified time but still waitng for a refund... 23 days later.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them!

this company is a FRAUD

Do not buy clothes from Icona of Sweden! This company is simply not to be trusted. I ordered some clothes and sent 2 items back because they did not fit. I did that in time, clothes were in perfect state but I never got any refund. Questions or complaints via their site never get any anwser. I am certainly not the only one with bad experiences. on facebook they keep on posting nice pictures but they disabled comments and even possibility to like because of all the complaints they got. never experienced such a horrible customer service..
