Who can withdraw XLM from this…
Who can withdraw XLM from this platform? Please confirm me. I tried to withdraw XLM and copy - paste my Kucoin XLM wallet address, but ICoinPay change it to a weird set of numbers, making me wondering. Therefore, I went to stellarchain.io to check the weird numbers. The stellarchain output a message that it couldn't fetch data. Maybe ICoinPay is a scammer?
