We have been using icode and ictacher for at least fifteen years and I can not think of a company that offers such efficient and helpful customer care. Great products and a knowledgeable team of dedicated professionals.

How disgusting our jurisdiction service is , Adam White sentence to 22 months in jail for protecting his wife/family and premises.
Yet Anne Saclooas kills an innocent boy and gets no sentence. What the hell do our courts see that we don’t ?

I can't imagine life without iCatcher Console to monitor and film wildlife. The system works well and the team are always willing to help with any issues I have.

Tried for ages to get it working but would not recognise my ONVIF cameras, even though other FREE software would without issue. Had to bin off my trial version and move to Netcam Studio. Was in regular contact with iCatcher Tech Support but comms seemed to just stop. Shame as the software was very user friendly and simple to use. Won't be getting my recommendation unfortunately.

Very helpful in getting cameras set up. Not quite there yet but confident we will get it sorted. Very helpful.

We have been using the I-Catcher system for many years now and have recently had some new cameras installed ad some existing ones updated. As always we received first class service from all involved and the new cameras are even better than we had anticipated, so much so we have ordered some more.

Verbal order dealt with very efficiently..

Found the Axis camera I wanted really easy on the site and the price was the best I could find anywhere on the internet, Best of all they are a UK company and answer the phone.

I bought an Axis camera from this company, and found them very helpful. Not only helped me choose the best camera for my needs, but also checked I had everything else I needed and helped set up my router so I could see the camera when I was out.

Will use again.
