Requested Refund

After I purchased the personal edition, downloaded, installed, and set it up I waited for it to begin backing up. It showed 2% on the tracker but never went on. I looked at the report and it said unsuccessful. I looked in the Mirror file and it was completely empty. So on 1/22/2023 I sent a request for service and was promptly sent a tracking number. On January 22 and 23 they requested I do certain things (all email documentation is available upon request) which I did. On 1/24 I was told to do a live chat, which I did. After a short chat the agent told me they would pass it to the backend team and they would be in touch. I did not hear from them on 1/25 so I wrote them again and requested the status and if they could not fix it by Friday (today 1/27) I would need to look for another solution and request a refund. I did not hear back. I waited all day today and I just wrote them back and asked for a refund. If my past experience is any indication I may have a difficult time getting that done.

Total scammers

Total scammers, placing loads of fake reviews, it's so easy to get a pictures from the net, fake some name like Chad or Sarah Conner (From Terminator) and state that her iPhone is now unlocked, and she can now sleep better. Most of these cyber criminals are based in West Africa, East Europe and some other parts of the world. I lost £49 for nothing.
