The part supplied was not immediately available and so an alterative model was supplied. This alternative did not fit and was therefore not a direct replacement. iCityTech arranged for the return of the part along with credit for the purchase. Whilst this did not immediately solve the problem the customer service experience was good and is therefore worthy of being rated as 5 Star.

Excellent customer service. The item was located in USA but I was advised about a cheaper alternative that was in the UK and could be delivered much sooner. Arrived on time as described & I was kept advised on the order progress at all times. Shan’t hesitate to call them in the future.

I needed an old part that was difficult to source and following a search of potential suppliers I contacted iCityTech and they were extremely helpful in sourcing me both the part I needed and an equivalent. They supplied the equivalent with a promise of a full refund if not suitable so I ordered this and it arrived promptly and worked perfectly. They kept in contact throughout the process to ensure I was happy and that all was well. I was really impressed with their service and customer care.
