I have had my Ice Tub XL just coming up to 2 years, was still in warranty period.
I had a problem with refrigeration unit and emailed them. They contacted me straight away and sent me some videos of how to fix the problem, nothing worked, I send them videos back of what was going on.
Without any hesitation they sent me a replacement refrigeration unit, I detached my unit and retuned it to the driver when he delivered the replacement. It was easy to assemble and works perfectly now. Very happy to recommend this company and have done so, their after sales service is of the highest quality.

Excellent customer service. After ordering you are getting a fantastic customer journey until the icetub finally arrives. The quality is perfect and of course if you use it regularly it is absolutely fantastic for your health. I like most that you can adjust the temperature. This makes it easy to get used. Start with 12 degrees !

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Icetub and the ice bath.

From the very beginning, the support was excellent. Many of my questions were proactively addressed and clarified before the purchase, which gave me a strong sense of confidence in both the product and the process. The purchasing experience itself was smooth, straightforward, and completely unproblematic.

The only aspect that did not go as planned was the delivery — however, this was clearly an issue with the logistics provider (DB Schenker), not with Icetub. I was initially given a delivery date and was able to select a suitable day. Unfortunately, on that day, no one showed up, and communication from the logistics side was lacking. There was no clear information about when the delivery would actually take place.

Icetub, however, was very supportive during this phase and actively tried to investigate the issue and assist where possible. Even though the situation could not be fully resolved immediately, their responsiveness and effort were highly appreciated.

Eventually, the delivery was rescheduled at very short notice (“delivery the next day”). While this worked out in the end, it was somewhat challenging given the weight of the ice bath (113 kg for the barrel alone), as organizing help on short notice is not trivial. Fortunately, thanks to the shipment tracking, I was able to estimate the delivery time and prepare accordingly.

Now that the ice bath is installed and running, I am extremely happy with it. It looks great, operates quietly, and works perfectly. I use it regularly and really enjoy it.

In summary, I can definitely recommend Icetub.
It is not inexpensive, but in my opinion, absolutely worth it.

Insgesamt bin ich mit meiner Erfahrung mit Icetub und dem Eisfass sehr zufrieden.

Der Support war von Anfang an hervorragend. Viele meiner Fragen wurden bereits vor dem Kauf mitgedacht, besprochen und geklärt, was mir ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Auch der Kaufprozess selbst verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Der einzige Punkt, der nicht optimal lief, war die Lieferung – wobei das klar am Logistikdienstleister (DB Schenker) lag und nicht an Icetub. Zunächst wurde mir ein Liefertermin genannt, und ich konnte mir einen passenden Tag aussuchen. An diesem Tag ist jedoch niemand erschienen, und die Kommunikation seitens des Logistikers war unzureichend. Es gab keine klare Information darüber, wann die Lieferung stattdessen erfolgen würde.

Icetub hat in dieser Situation sehr unterstützend reagiert und versucht, den Sachverhalt zu klären und zu helfen. Auch wenn sich das Problem dadurch nicht direkt lösen ließ, war das Engagement sehr positiv.

Letztlich wurde die Lieferung dann sehr kurzfristig neu angesetzt („Lieferung am nächsten Tag“). Das ist bei einem Gerät mit einem Gewicht von 113 kg (allein das Fass) natürlich etwas herausfordernd, da man entsprechend Helfer organisieren muss. Dank der Sendungsverfolgung konnte ich den Lieferzeitpunkt jedoch grob abschätzen und mich darauf einstellen, sodass die Anlieferung am Ende gut funktioniert hat.

Inzwischen steht das Eisfass bei mir, ist aufgebaut und in Betrieb – und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Es sieht sehr gut aus, arbeitet angenehm leise und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich nutze es regelmäßig und habe große Freude daran.

Insgesamt kann ich Icetub klar weiterempfehlen.
Es ist keine günstige Anschaffung, aber aus meiner Sicht definitiv ihr Geld wert.

I’m honestly so happy with my Icetubs experience. Hands down, the best ice bath on the market. From day one, the customer service has been top-notch. They’re super quick to reply, answering any questions almost instantly and always finding a way to help. It’s hard to find this kind of personal touch lately!

The quality is amazing, and they really walk you through everything you need to know about maintenance. If you’re looking for pro equipment and a team that actually gives a damn about their customers, this is it. Highly recommended!

I´m taking cold plunges for over 5 years right now during winter time.
But now with the Ice Bath, it's more convenient than ever before to get my daily dose of ice! Also exited to use it during summer....

The bath itself is very well-made and better than you can imagine from only the pictures on their homepage.
Customer support is really fast, and you don't have to wait long for any questions you ask.

In the first weeks, you also will experience a very nice smell from the thermo-wood. I hope they also will sell some caring-oil in the future to restore smell&wood quality...

I received the ICETUB in mid-October 2025 and have been using it for several weeks now. The product is perfect and exactly as I imagined it. It requires little maintenance, has low power consumption (especially in winter ;-)), and is generally very easy to use. Furthermore, ICETUBS' customer service is truly excellent. I highly recommend this product and would definitely buy it again.

IceBarrel was the best purchase of past years. I have been using it for almost a year now and it made daily routine of cold exposure super convenient. I love the build quality and that I can easily set it up remotely and use it outdoors throughout the year. Highly recommended!

We use the Icetub daily, we prefer this investment even over a nice vaction trip to - for example - the Maledives island, because the vacation is usual over after 2 weeks, but Icetubs last longer.

Icetubs was continuously responsive to all my questions leading up to my order. They were informative and kind in making sure I understood everything. Once the tub was delivered I was impressed by the quality of the tub. the wood facade is beautiful and the internal stainless steel is modern and easy to clean. I'm excited for the years ahead of me with cold therapy.

I had an issue with the cooling engine's water flow. I got very fast and helpful replies by the service team and could fix it quite easily following the instructions.
