Checkout showed €45 delivery and no clear warning of further costs. On delivery I was charged an unexpected €75 in customs and courier fees.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, be aware the price at checkout is not the final price. Delivery also took 10 days with no updates. I would not order again.

Don t buy skates from them. Tried to my friend a pair of Risport Pro and they fitted perfectly. Ordered the same size and width from their website and their arrived i noticed that the boot was wider than what i tried before and the tongue was fitting weird. Tried to return them and no success. I recently compared again with another pair the same size boight from somewhere else and mine were definitely bigger. I think someone used them before or put them in oven. Or they dont sell original skates i don t know. Now i have this pair that i cannog use. Avoid this company

I've done multiple purchases from them. They have always delivered in a timely manner.
I've never encountered any issue, even the blade sharpening service was according to expectations.

They claim they can ship everywhere, but then they managed to screw up the value of the goods for the import declaration so I ended up paying twice the amount of the purchase just because of taxes which were only result of their mistake in the paperwork. And they insisted saying that they did well. Never again. Useless.

I made a purchase recently and realised I had purchased the wrong blades. I contacted them about it and they were SO helpful. They were so friendly and quick to respond. Their customer service is really good. I highly recommend their website.

Do not order from this company if you live in Australia. My blades made it to Australia very quickly, however I was not informed I would be incurring additional fees once my blades made it to customs, I received a scam like text message from UPS stating I owed $273 worth of taxes and import fees which I promptly reported as junk because of how suspicious it looked. At no point before or during my purchase was I informed of these fees, they then also refused to refund my full fee as it “wasn’t there fault” they didn’t inform me of almost $300 worth of extra fees. Very very unprofessional, as a business it is their job to be aware of any such fees and notify customers before purchase, not once it is already in the country. Express shipping was $98, only to not receive them till 2.5 weeks later (I am still waiting). Will absolutely not be purchasing from Iceskater.it again.

Arrived in Lithuania in 7 days and everything was very well packed and everything of a very high quality. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend the shop.

They had a boot (Edea Piano 260C black) in stock that i havent seen anywhere else, even tho the wait list for them is 12 months at Edea factory.
