Very unhappy with icenet. As a new customer, during the first months of having a new subscription with them, I managed to mistakenly rack up huge charges. Unlike all other telephone companies, they do not notify you in any way when you go over your allowance, meaning you only get the horrible surprise in the bill at the end of the month. Also unhappy with the customer service I received whilst contacting them about this.
got hit with a massive roaming bill (>700kr) because they switched my phone over to a satellite network without telling me when I went abroad. Customer service didn't care to help and were very rude.
They recently did a botched company wide upgrade to a new sim card which, they never sent me, so they basically just cut my phone off.
