Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Paid for services and never played because I couldn't get the server going. Sent in a ticket, emails and was told over and over again "what is it your trying to do"? Im not sure how much clearer I can be when I say "I dont know how to get the server running" and can you please help. Not one time did they ever give any instructions or point me in the right direction. There is no FAQ section on Redm as well. Asked for a refund and no go, "Its outside of their 48hrs, there is a reason people stay with the big names, stay far away from this company.

Support is great
2 things. They helped me setup a database so it would link data to my fivem server Resources that needed a database!
2nd thing: I didnt trust them with my postcode when I was setting up my payment method and all but now I trust them. I have had no problems since I started using their hosting. Been using it since January!
Just to confirm, personal info doesnt get backed up to another system in ice line hosting right?

My experience Was really good.
My experience was really good I got the wrong server and ended up paying for the right one later on. They refunded me my money for that one and helped me set up my new one. Great guys and girls. Give them time to reply back everyone is human so it takes time but they get the job done.

Above and beyond support...
Absolutely amazing support team that work together to go above and beyond what would normally be the level of support given even when only buying a smaller/standard package with them. Their support agents clearly have high levels of expertise in the specifics of the services they provide (in my case in knowing the ins and outs of troubleshooting a faulty game server) and I will be recommending them to friends from now on.
