I ordered some UGG shoes
I ordered some UGG shoes, after a couple of days I had an email from Ella saying that unfortunately they do not have my size and are waiting for a new delivery, Ella offered my money back but I was more than happy to wait till the delivery arrived, I only waited just over a week and they arrived and are exactly what I wanted. Great product, great communication. Would definitely order from them again.
