I love the way this hosting site works. We had one issue in the beginning and I emailed them and they immediately fixed it and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.

One-way to Local
In IceDrive 2.75 I could set up one sync "One way to local" and another "One way to cloud". This isn't in 3.x.

In my ticket #EURBQUVY you promised to "provide the feature you're looking for very soon". That was 4 months ago.

I use IceDrive as a mounted cloud storage / virtual drive. I am absolutely happy with it and have nothing to complain about. I can always work whereever with whichever computer. I've been using IceDrive for a few years now. The few bugs that appeared have been taken care of. 👍

I use Icedrive to store my business advertising photos and much more. I find it easy to use and fulfils every storage need I have.

Easy, fast with an excellent service if needed. Many compagnies may follow this exemple.

Perfect for what I use it for i.e. backup pictures and photos.

Well, my experiencie right now is good, but i really hate that you couldn't upgrade or overwrite your files. For example, if you have 10 files in a folder and after, you want to put 10 new files, you cannot copy the 20 whole files and upgrade or overwrite only the 10 new. I have a lot of university files that are constantly upgrading but i have to erase the whole folder to "upgrade" it. PLEASE fix it. That is important.

I bought storage in December 2022. The app for the iPhone hasn't worked for 2 years. I've already written to technical support several times but nothing has been done to fix it. The app is currently no longer available in the Apple Store. I can't recommend Icedrive.

Icedrive provides minimal support for its userbase, and has consistently failed to push critical software updates for iOS users.

I was satisfied with iceDrive when I started using it. Pros: It offers a lot of storage at a small price, an easy-to-use UI with a mountable drive, enabling browsing the iceDrive through the File Explorer. Everything was fine until recently that I discovered that no new folders are automatically synced to iceDrive. I see others complaining about this in their support forum, but with no proper response to that. A sync that you cannot trust is totally useless!

Update: Changed my rating to 1 star (from two), after they tried charging me for their services even after I cancelled my subscription, and they didn't even bother to follow up on my complaints. It feels like they have just given up and stopped caring about their customers.

I am generally satisfied with Icedrive, however, a significant security vulnerability severely limits its usability. If multiple users share a computer, Icedrive exposes user data. Each user on the machine gains access to the Icedrive account, compromising data security and privacy.

Despite repeated requests to customer support, this critical issue remains unaddressed. The recent update, while potentially introducing other features, failed to include this essential security fix. This oversight renders Icedrive unsuitable for shared computing environments. Also, it does not support Word or Excel on their android version.

Icedrive provided prompt and accurate help to solve my problem. As the problem was mainly my inexperience, I appreciated their patience. Excellent service.

As a wedding photographer, being able to store my work on the cloud is crucial, Icedrive makes that easy. I also love how easy I can share my work with my customers using the public links. I highly recommend icedrive!
