I've checked with the team and our inboxes - there hasn't been any recent communications with anyone regarding a situation like this. No communications with a 'Sean Brown' since 2022 in fact.
Regarding payment plans they are always fixed and agreed upon in advance. We don't increase prices for no reason - only if there is a request to upgrade something such as increase size or stone quality for example.
