The software is very useful to combine your PDF documents, and it is cheaper than other alternatives. For instance, I use it to create portfolios of my work that I attach to my CV. The Support Team is also very efficient in resolving problems and questions from clients :-)

I needed a program to help me build a memorial video. I was highly stressed and made several mistakes resulting in my purchasing too many wrong activation codes. The customer service responded quickly to my concerns and refunded with no drama. Good program and great service!! Thank you!!!

I love the app first and foremost , and they have wonderful customer support for issues you may have . I've had my activation key not work , no fault of theirs . It was me changing my operating system . The ice cream app is tied to your system . When I contacted them with the issue they helped me right away . Be aware it may take a day , but they will be there for you . Thank you all of you at Ice Cream ! Your are great !! All the best to you and yours always.

Transfering IceCream to a new Computer
The Apps team was fantastic. They helped me transfer the program and my license to my new computer and walked me through all the steps successfully. I'm so grateful for the kind and patient support I received. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Also, I have tested many PDF tools, but the Icecream PDF suite wins the gold medal.

I had a problem with my laptop, and when I try to reinstall the program, my key instalation doesn´t work.

The tech support people help me immediately.... twice!

WARNING--DO NOT DEAL with icecream Apps. This is an update! I purchased their product and told them I did not want it and to refund my money. They have refused. The few times I have contacted them all I get is a form letter reply. Like the internet cockroaches that they are they hide from customers. They have no physical location nor anyway to contact corporate to discuss this problem. All I get is a FORM LETTER reply that DOES NOT address the issue.

I had problems registering the video editor on my new computer. Apparently the license had expired. I wrote to support. The response was immediate, I was told what I had done wrong and the license was extended. Perfect customer service. Many greetings from Germany.

Great support! Helped me within an hour after buying ScreenRecorder 3 years prior to that. Good products as well

Need to change Licence Key to another computer (old one crashed). 5* comes from the fact that I got e-mail in less than a minute.

I want to thank the customer service team, whenever I asked to reset the key as soon as my OS got updated they have done.

I installed Icecream Ebook Reader on a new Windows 11 computer. Every time I ran it, I got an error message. I sent a message to Tech Support (late Friday night), and by Monday they released a new version of the Ebook Reader that solved the problem. Great ebook reader, and great customer service!

The Support answer super fast and the service is very clear and polite. The video editor is quite easy to start editing yout first videos.

If you purchase a licence as a business and the member of staff leaves, then the licence CANNOT be transferred to another user.

Support doesn't care, I've asked for a complaints email address and they didn't bother responding to the ticket.

Avoid this company and use another PDF editor that isn't driven by greed.
