Well, first of all I was impressed by how quickly they got in touch with me, with courtesy and professionalism. Helen informed me almost immediately of my tracking number and directed me to a website where I could follow my package in real time. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting that at all! I thought I’d have to be patient and constantly follow up to make sure my package arrived safely.

Even the driver took the time to call me to confirm the exact address and make sure I was available for the delivery — you don’t see that very often elsewhere, do you?

However, I did find the delivery time a bit longer than expected.

That said, I will definitely do business with them again quite soon !

I was skeptical when I ordered, Defintely a chinese made product but I was surprised with how it looks and feels, its thinner than a regular sweatshirt but its cool. I'm wearing it to the game tonight

Not a legitimate product. They infringe copyright and when question, admit it. Not worth it.

Product came just as promised and only took about 2 weeks

Terrible customer service and poor sizing..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! We ordered a medium because my son is usually a medium, but it’s so small, he needs an XL. We ordered one w no name or anything, just a basic Avs hoodie, and they will not exchange unless the one we received does not measure what their chart says it should. Pathetic, for a $60 hoodie, I am so mad!!
