Avoid this company - they will scam you

As per other reviews, avoid this company at all costs! My wife bought two foot massagers online (she meant to buy one, but the order process tricked her into buying two). When they arrived they were basically rubbish, clearly not fit for purpose. She tried to send them back under the "100% money-back guarantee", contacting them via the email address they provided but the address was fake. So with no way of contacting them she was unable to get the promised refund. The good news is that we contacted our bank and used the "Chargeback" process. The bank has credited her with the amount of the order, and has now confirmed that it is definitely hers to keep. So the bottom line is she got her money back from the bank (which presumably got it from I-Care's bank). If you are in a similar situation than we suggest you try the Chargeback route - advice on how to do it is im MoneySavingExpert.com. PS re the "5-star" reviews online for I-Care's products - look carefully, most of them look like they are fake.

Ordered a Knee Massager (back in July 2022)which was unsuitable. Returned to an address which was provided by them to the Chech Republic, which has been sent back to me as address unknown. I have many many emails and still trying to get my refund. They have told my credit card company that I did not return on time, which is a pack of lies Even sent tracked Royal Mail and sent them the info and as to where the parcel was at every stage. I have asked my credit card company to dispute again as I have proof of all my emails. Avoid this company at all cost

uk-icare and getbackcare.com AVOID

This company is connected to getbakcare.com who are also scamming customers in the same way. I ordered an item via Instagram ( stupid me ) and they have taken the payment twice. Have sent numerous emails and all have been ignored. Do not buy from either of these companies

REFUND!!!!!

After two months and making myself an absolute pest with threats to get in touch with Paypal and Trustpilot I have received a full refund for the 4 foot massagers instead of 1 that I had ordered, so people just keep pestering them.

I am not able to give this zero reviews but I wish I could..…

I am not able to give this zero reviews sadly. This has to be a scam. Exactly the same thing happened to me as has happened to someone else here. I ordered one foot massager and money was taken out for TWO of them. I emailed them the same day to request a refund and no reply. Two weeks later two of these pathetic massagers arrived. I have repeatedly tried to arrange sending one of them back and have asked for my money back but apparently their Server won't accept my email! So I have basically been robbed out of circa £30. There is no phone number to contact and no address. Complete scam and I am horrified that I was taken in by it. The annoying thing is, they keep emailing me with promotional adverts, trying to get me to buy more things from them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Care Company??

I ordered a regenerating foot massager. I got 4 after about 2 weeks even after I had cancelled the same day. They also took 4 lots money. I emailed them for a refund procedure and eventually I got the address with a smiling emoji !! The address was the Czech Republic and cost £15.70 to return. Then just over 2 weeks later got my package back with "uncollected" sticker on it.

I ordered a fungal nail pen after…

I ordered a fungal nail pen after seeing an advert on Pinterest. The. Company is called iCare Uk. This was about three weeks ago. I received an automated message from them, saying my address was incorrect. I’m pretty sure that it wasn’t, but I sent my address again. Since then I have sent more messages, asking why I haven’t received the product yet, and haven’t received a reply. Is this a scam?
