A good home builder seems to be communicative so this company could be reputable home builder with the traits.

Did not take my requirements into consideration
of the 3 builders referred
1 - did not have any designs that matched my requirements and no option to make changes to there set designs
1 - thought they maybe able alter one design but it was for a very narrow block and would not suit our site
1 - suggested it would be best to have plans drawn up before coming back to talk to them
Being I had explained I was the type of build I was looking for, I felt none of that was taken into consideration and 3 builders names where provided
