We paid a 2,000 euro deposit to Ibizahire in November 2019 to reserve a villa for our wedding in August 2020. In April 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, we decided to re-schedule our wedding until August 2021 and we asked the company to transfer our booking to the new dates. They would not accede to our request unless we paid the full balance (another 5,000 euros). We refused and they cancelled our booking and kept our deposit. We lodged a claim with the small claims court and the company’s response was to lodge a counter claim for the outstanding 5,000 euros. They supported their claim by pointing out that their invoice stated that the balance was due 7 weeks prior to arrival. Prior to submitting the claim we had already pointed out to them that the same invoice also stated that the balance was due on arrival, and their terms and conditions stated that the balance was due either 10 weeks prior to arrival or on arrival. The judge awarded in our favour and the company were ordered to refund our deposit plus our court costs and interest. I would not recommend Ibizahire to anyone. They could have transferred the booking but didn’t and showed no empathy whatsoever for our circumstances.

We booked a villa in Ibiza for a girlie get together for April 2020 through booking.com, the agent IBIZAHIRE took a deposit of £620 but due to COVID-19 travel was cancelled. IBIZAHIRE in our opinion have no intention of refunding our deposit even when booking.com advised them too. DO NOT book with this company.

Note To IBIZAHIRE - It is a businesses' responsibility to treat their customers fairly and responsibly, including trying to find a mutually acceptable solution which on this occasion is not the case. Its been determined that its IBIZAHIRE'S way or no way!!!

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) remains of the view that a consumer will generally be entitled to a refund when they have paid money in advance for services or goods that cannot be provided because of the coronavirus pandemic.

For anyone who is considering giving up hope of refunds with businesses' that operate in this way DO NOT GIVE UP!!

We have used Ibiza hire several times now and have always had a really good experience. Everyone is really helpful and really quick responding to any queries we had. This year we stayed at Villa Beso which looked so much better in real life than on the photos, it was perfect for our group holiday we all had plenty of room, the pool was great and the outside space was great for socialising altogether. It was so good to be more central this time and could walk to places such as ocean and was ideal having a few supermarkets at the top of the road. All 8 of us had a great time and all said we would stay at the villa again and think after the last 3 experiences I’d always book through Ibiza hire

I rented villa Olga with my friends, the view is beautiful, the staff who manages the rental is friendly. However we were robbed, and we were informed that the house was robbed multiple times. We lost several thousand euros during the robbery, the owner has no insurance and no commercial gesture was made on the part of the agency. SCANDALOUS

Great stay with the boys ! Excellent service provided at reasonable price.

Everything was easy from start to finish. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 (adult)kids age 24, 21 and 16 in villa Susan. We had a wonderful time at this nice and spacious villa. The villa was nice and tidy. We really loved the swimming pool - and outside area. Villa manager Alan was very helpful. We definitely recommend Villa Susan and I'm sure we'll be back!

We had booked a the Sant Josep de sa Talaiavilla through IbizaHire and were really looking forward to our stay in May 2020, but have unfortunately been forced to cancel due to COVID19. IbizaHire have made the process very easy and made an already stressful time a lot easier for myself!
Their customer service has been amazing throughout, with constant contact, updates, and quick responses to my inquiries. They have been extremely understanding of the cancellation and efficient in organising my refund. I will definitely be re-booking with them once travel is allowed as they have really reassured me and gone above and beyond with my booking.

Had a fantastic time staying at villa Roberto, a great location an ideal for our group of 11 people. When the Corona virus situation calms down we will be looking to return

Ibiza Hire are not offering refunds despite the global pandemic of coronavirus. Both the UK and Spain are on lockdown, and our flights have been cancelled, but Ibiza Hire are unwilling to provide a refund, despite the fact that we cannot travel to Ibiza.

Ibiza Hire seem to think that we have surplus fund and time, and have suggested that one of our friends uses the villa in the future and refunds the rest of the party. This is not a realistic option.

Other travel companies, including airlines and accommodation are providing refunds in this unprecedented time, so I am at a loss as to why Ibiza Hire are not.

What can I say, Ibiza hire have been fantastic from start to end. We got married in Ibiza September 2019. Nick from Ibiza hire was with us, supporting our journey every step of the way. We hired Captain Nemo for a sunset cruise around the Island after our Church service in San Rafael. Nothing we asked was to much hassle. He even found us sparklers for our special day after I had searched what felt like the whole island and wasn’t successful. Nick was so kind and I really felt he cared about our day and shared how important it was to us.

Our experience on Captain Nemo was so magical, we had 160 guests and every single person was blown away by the whole experience. The crew were so helpful & polite. Everything ran on time. It was just truly spectacular.

We also hired speakers for the Church as we had two acapella singers perform at our wedding. We then used the speakers at our evening reception for our DJ set. Nick was really helpful with recommending what speakers we would need, he also was fab with working out the logistics of when & where they would need them tobe for sound checks etc.

From start to finish Nick was only a text/email or phone call away. He always responded promptly to any query or request we had.

Ibiza hire delivered everything we wanted and more. If ever we need anything in the future I’ll be straight on the phone to Nick asking for his support..... you never know could be back for our anniversary to do it all again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Zou Zou. The location is great, close to beaches and supermarket, shops and cafes. The house has great space for large groups. The outdoor space is beautiful with large gardens and terraces surrounding the house. The rental process and the manager support on location was very good, freindly and attentive, to make our stay the best possible. We will definately be back !

Villa was beautiful, clean and welcoming, in a peaceful location, allowing us access easily to the nightlife but peaceful during the day.
It was spacious and well equipped and was perfect for a ladies getaway.

Will definitely use this company again as they were available for everything we needed and more all weekend.

We had an amazing time on the boat we chartered. It was easy to book and given the time difference email responses were reasonably fast. The only thing I would say as a negative is the payment method it would have made it a little less stressful if payment could have been made online via credit card instead of by transfer through a third party site.
However the boat was amazing our captain fabulous and they went out of their way to book us a restaurant for lunch etc. It is something we will all definitely look to doing again

We stayed in villa bellissima, from booking to our last day all the team were so helpful. The villa was spotless and had lots of space for a family of 10! It was in great location near the shops and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Ibiza Hire they could not have been more helpful! We stayed at Villa Beso for a week and it was great! This is my second time staying at this villa with a group of 6. Pool area is well maintained and cleaned every second day and it’s a very private secluded area and a brilliant size. Very spacious and kept clean. It’s very central to San Antonio bay, close to supermarkets. The shop across the road has bare essentials and the shop keeper Vincent was so kind. He brought over cooked breakfast a few mornings and he couldn’t have been more accommodating to us! The taxi service is good from the villa. We also did a boat charter via Ibiza hire for the day with our own private captain to formentera island which was beautiful! Again they couldn’t have been more helpful if you had any questions or queries. I felt safe at the villa and they have a safe to put your personal belongings in, full equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. I would definitely recommend Ibiza hire and would most definitely use them in future! We also had early check in and the bus transfer was worth the extra fee and very reasonable.

Booked a boat trip for 10 girls on a hen party through Ibiza hire. Was contacted by Nick on whatsapp - communication was excellent and Nick was very helpful and accommodating. Particularly impressed given that it was really short notice and Nick went out of his way to plan our trip. Paid in full using a link which I was a bit nervous about at first but trusted the other trustpilot reviews and everything was fine. The boat experience itself was amazing and a highlight of the trip, the boat was luxurious and we stopped at a few places to swim in the sea and were even provided with goggles to see the fishes underwater. The driver Christian was very friendly and made sure we all had a great time. Would recommend booking through Ibiza hire to take the stress out of organising!

We have used Ibiza Hire on a few occasions and have always received very good service. On this occasion, we hired a Pershing 45 boat for the day (a great boat) & asked for transport to and from the Villa. The transport was on time and the captain & the boat were fantastic. As always the complimentary drink pack on board is always welcome. Although they cost extra the SeaBobs are always great fun for kids and adults alike.
