First order took 7 weeks to arrive and too late for the event it was bought for. Requested a return label as they'd acknowledged the delay. Much tooing and froing about 10% refund, then 20%, or I have to pay over £20 to return it. Eventually they offered me credit for another item of the same original price (£40 btw!). Chose an item that on arrival appeared to made for a 7 year old child. Horrible swimwear like material trousers and literally tiny (I ordered adult size M, UK 10. I complain again and they've offered to refund if I pay £10 postage. Absolute crooks, horrible, over priced garments, they weren't even cheap!

I wanted to return my order, but it had to be shipped to a location in China, which comes with high shipping costs. Moreover, this is not permitted according to the ACM, and I have now sought help regarding this issue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THOSE SCAMMERS! They take your money and after that they block your email etc. I have tried from another email but it looks like their email is not working or whatever.

Do not order from them. As other reviews stated website seems nice and legitate but is a scam. The emails for contacting client services do not work and get no response from customer care. I have yet to receive my order thus scam and money gone. Worst online shop and customer care i have experienced in a long time.

This website is a scam. If you want to make a police case against them, please contact me. Don’t buy there. They send cheap products from china . Give you a fake tracking code and you will wait weeks. Phone number never working and they refuse to refund.
