I bought these for my wife thinking they were jeans as advertised and coming from a London shop.
when they finally arrived i couldn’t believe what a load of rubbish they are the material is thin and not jeans, they look like someone has made them on a sewing machine at home and as for the sizing.

Do not order this is a scam absolutely gutted I never checked trustpilot before I ordered. Facebook need to take the ad down it’s so bad how it’s still up.

Absolutely disgusted, these people are thieves, this is a scam and this site should be closed. These clothes are fancy dress, the wide legged jeans are not even jean material, synthetic Chinese rubbish. The company appears to be 'closing down' hence a sale, however this seems fabricated to get people to pay for clothing at a reduced price. I have been in contact with the company, sending back to China costs are likely more than the item, they offered me 20% of the original price or a full replacement of another item. If you have been stung, go to Trading Standards which I plan to. Stay clear, they will steal your money!

CHINESE SCAMMERS - Using other retailers photographs and sending cheap terribly made copies.
Saying if you want to return the trashy item it will cost more than what you have paid already.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

How I wish I'd checked out Ibiza Chic before ordering from them!! Note all the positive reviews are 4 years plus ago, and they don't respond to negative reviews, only positive ones, and all with a little kiss. Very odd.

Ibiza Chic appeared to be a London shop but seems to be a front for a Chinese company. My items have mysteriously gone missing in the post but never mind, they are being resent at no expense to myself !!! How very generous. If I ever receive them, I will be returning them at no expense to myself!
I am now pursuing a refund through Paypal.

Trousers do not look at all like the picture. Really cheap quality. Very dissaponted. Items come from China. It has taken a lkng time to arrive.
Trousers were advertised as denim and they are not even close.
Scam. Avoid at all cost

I had assumed that when I ordered trousers from this boutique they were coming from London, I was wary ordering online as have been duped before I did my research and all seemed well. I placed my order then realised they were coming from china. They have arrived today they are cheap quality, don't even look like the picture the sewing is awful with loose threads, the fit is also awful, I am really disappointed.

I ordered two dresses whilst I was on holiday. I messaged the company to ask if they could delay sending them as there was no one to take them in and I received a prompt reply with a solution to my problem. Excellent customer service. I am now home and have the dresses which are lovely and really good quality.
