Was promised that I had received a sport bonus by the costumer support. The support team gave me a casino bonus and I played for more than 500 eur to meet the requirement of cashing out the bonus. After completing it I found out that they had given me the casino bonus, but then it was to late. Created an account... 30 seconds later when I tried to log in my account was closed. Contacted support and they said it was a "management decision" that was "permanent".

I never used Ibet before so its ludacris my account would be closed 30 seconds after opening it. Support was idiotic and unhelpful.

I have signed up with ibet beginning of the year. And so far I have only made positive experiences. Like with any other gambling company you have to undergo verification and hand in some documents when you want to withdraw money. Yes, that's annoying and no one likes to hand in personal data. But the verification was done real quick and once sorted I had no issues withdrawing the money I won. I had the money on my account within a few hours.
Whenever I had a question or problem (recently with a deposit that didn't reach my account) the support team did a gob job sorting that out for me real quick.
The cashback they offer is a nice thing and so far the offered promotions were good too. As usual with quite a bit of wagering, but yeah, it is what it is. Still lower than some other casinos I guess. So for now I will continue my journey with them and hope they will keep up with the good service.

When I then wanted to withdraw my money, I had to confirm my identity in several different ways, passport, copy of water bill, confirm various types of information and sat with their customer service several times. They ended up closing my account and taking my money. They referred to certain things in the agreement that I had not fulfilled. Sick experience of people who seem to be completely uninterested in helping.

Careful! They did not honor bonus promotion and told me to take a hike. Better places to play!
