I never received a package since last year they keep telling me fedex said its delivered i never got it whether it was a different house or someone took it i dont know they won't send me a replacement - klarna wont stop payments so they got their money and i have to pay for a product I didn't receive! And they're nasty about it they wont even help with. Solution they just say oh well it says delivered sh*t company!
as far all great, but they have split into two teams, don't go hibesin, they are not good at all, ibesin is great
This company sent my package regardless of my request for days to cancel it because wouldn’t arrive on time. They they ignored and refused to issue a refund. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, terrible customer service to treat someone this way. I’m using MyCrafix.com now and strongly recommend that company instead for guarantee! Ibesin cares only about the sale not the customers don’t fall for their tricks
Terrible customer service. Broken and missing lids. Company won’t return email. Haven’t been able to contact by phone. First order were great. The last 2 orders were terrible. If anyone has found a phone number that someone actually answers let me know.
I purchased hookah tumblers from ibesin. The website said 4 weeks from China. After 6 weeks I started trying to contact them on my order with no response. Finally, after over 3 months my tumblers arrived. The tumblers appear to be ok, but half of the boxes are unusable due to being crumpled and smashed. I requested replacement boxes and was told that couldn't be done. I am now trying to get return/refund instructions and no response to my emails. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! This company has terrible customer service.
Besin is my supplier and they have fast delivery and good quality, I think I'll order more from them
First few orders were fine. Last several have been nightmares. Gritty and dull after sublimation. Lost orders. Purchased at sale price was forced into taking new order for lost shipment at regular price. Argued for days over refund and finally placed new order at regular price. Lost a 25 item order and it was replaced with defective tumblers
I purchased tumblers on wholesale rate from Ibesin nd they arrived at my door step in 3 working days. The quality of the product was amazing and I got praised by most of my guests. It is a great idea for parties and functions. Highly recommend.
