Negative experience with lookup expiration and customer service
Unfortunately, we have had a very negative experience with iban.com and would strongly advise against using it based on our experience! During our booking process for 20,000 lookups, there was no indication that these would expire after one year. When logged in, there is also no corresponding notice on the pricing page. We were therefore very surprised and felt tricked when we recently received a message informing us that our subscription was about to expire. We still have over 17,000 lookups left, which would then expire without any value! Iban.com has not made any concessions in response to our complaints. There is no telephone support, and our request for a callback has been ignored to date. In our opinion, this is poor customer service.
