Honestly I do not recommend their services. I think it is hit or miss depending on who you get as your caseworker. i paid 100 for a consultation and the guy told me yes everything can be done. When sent over to my case Worker after I paid their information did not add up and we ended up going a completely different route than what I was told at my consultation.
I decided to still go along with them abd everything was alright until the visit visa got refused. When I asked about reapplying, I was told that this isn't the best route but then why was I told it was before?? So I explained that I was frustrated and not happy and stressed, so they referred me to another consultation and said I will get a new case worker after this.
This person really disappointed me. She never followed up. I had to chase after her time and time again and I ended up just leaving her to see if she will get back to me. She never did for months and this is why I have requested a refund and am writing this review. She told me same as the first consultation that everything can be done and it's been done before and there is no issue. But then she vanishes.
Visa applications are really stressful especially ones such as spouse Visa etc. and when you are paying so much and your not getting the service you paid for and you are just wasting your time. Its honestly not worth it. I tried super hard to trust them again and again as I do not like writing bad reviews etc but I am hurt and disappointed and I do not want to use their service anymore

A wish to highly praise the attention i received from my assigned Paralegal Wendy Goor. She was totally professional and alway available. I can't recommend this practise highly enough. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgable
I recently had my asylum case handled by Clare Dunn. She did a wonderful job, answering all my questions and contacting the home office for me when needed. She was very supportive during the whole process and understanding when discuss sensitive subject matter. She was also quick to respond to any emails I sent.
I have already reccomended her to someone else who is in a similar situation to myself, and would contact her again if I needed any more help with my immigration process

Competent, Fast, Responsive
Mariam Adebayo successfully handled our UK sponsor licence appeal, leading the Home Office to overturn its original refusal.
It was a highly urgent case, and she delivered the successful appeal within just a few working days.
As a CEO, I've worked with some legal service providers, but Mariam stands out for her expertise and exceptional responsiveness, replying to all emails and questions much quicker than others.
I highly recommend her.

I paid £100 to seek immigration advice. On the day of the meeting, I tried to log in but couldn't find the team meeting link. I messaged the advisor who resent the link. When I finally logged in, I was refused access because wife's name appeared. I sent another email to ask the advisor to let me in because I am using my wife's phone. I got an email that she was calling me but it isn't going through. I told her that it's because I was on team meeting call, trying to gain access. After back and forth issue, the advisor told me she is going to another meeting and that someone will contact me. Finally, they concluded that I must pay another £100 to reschedule for another meeting.
As I write, I am very sad and feeling exploited. I paid £100 for an immigration advice service but didn't receive any service. This is morally wrong.

I have looked into your file and can see that the advisor attempted to email and call you via telephone, to which you said you had not yet received a Teams link - however we can see that you responded to the original email sent by the system with the Teams link included when you booked. The link was resent regardless and the advisor waited another 5 minutes before calling you again where the line was busy. You emailed shortly after to state that you would join in the next 5 minutes, however at 24 minutes past the appointment start time you still had not joined the Teams call. Following on from this, a Sales Executive then called you to explain our terms and conditions as it was now classed as a no-show. The exec explained that you could be rescheduled with an admin fee of £30, however you declined this and explained that you did your best to join despite having technical issues which were not mentioned beforehand. The exec did say that they would discuss your matter with their manager but could not promise anything, but ultimately you missed the scheduled session without informing us of any issues prior so therefore a rescheduling fee would be needed.
We understand the frustrations, however IAS followed their policy and offered to reschedule you for a small fee of £30. If you would like to discuss this matter in more detail then please email customerservice@iasservices.org.uk where you can expect to receive a full response with all notes and communications included.

The advisor, Irfan Waheed dealt with our immigration issue professionally and sensitively. We felt listened to and supported. We finished the interview with a plan moving forward and hope that , with his help, we may be able to get my son's wife and child here to live with him.

Professional and efficient
I have used their services for my family visa twice now. When I contacted different immigration companies the first time around, out of 5, they were the only ones to call me back the very next day. I worked with Eyram Osei Agyemang both times, and I am very pleased with how everything was handled. They are very professional, yet very accessible anytime I had a question or a worry. Could not recommend enough!
