I have also had an unpleasant experience with this company it mirrors everything that others have mentioned. If we’re going to be to put an end to this type of consumer abuse we need to follow up with The Federal Trade Commission - eCommerce.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I ordered gifts for xmas and when they arrived they in no way ressembled the advertised product. I immediately contacted them and got responses like" i could not expect the product to look.exactly like the one advertised as they were hand made"
My emails are now being totally ignored. I ordered 5 gifts none of which were good enough to give at xmas. Steer clear. This company are bad news

Looks really cheap and as others have said I’m embarrassed to give this very belated birthday gift
Customer service were quick to reply to my email but that is all the positive remarks I can say

I ordered 2 wreath lights as Christmas gifts on Nov 8. I did not receive them UNTIL Dec 26! When they finally arrived they looked terrible and the colors did not even match the ad! I have emailed this company several times and spoke with ‘ Vincent’ requesting a refund. I wish I could attach the ad photo and what I received. I was so embarrassed to give these as gifts when I saw them. A 5 year old could have done better! I showed them to several people and they thought the same thing.

BEWARE !!! their website promise 7 day delivery on the 1st page of their website . NOT TRUE . The products arrived after 32 days .
They also will not accept returns under any circumstances . Their products are available another websites - Just search . THIS IS A SCAM

This company seem to be getting a lot of stick about being a scam company.

When my order said it was delivered and wasnt, I panicked after seeing all the scam comments and assumed I'd been 'done over' too.

This wasnt the case - there was a problem that was easily fixed once I was able to speak to the company. I received my order and am very happy.

I do think that they could have dealt with their technical issues a little better to avoid such bad publicity but I do believe they are trying their best at what must be a very stressful time for them.

I will be using them again

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Just see others' reviews on facebook. You "might" receive your order 6 weeks after you place it and that is only after you are made aware that the "standard" shipping is 27 BUSINESS days after you place your order...THEN if you follow up to ask where it is or to request a refund, they BLOCK YOUR EMAIL so that all of your communications are rejected and you have no way of contacting them so they can take your money and never send you a product.

Seems many others have had the exact same issue, with not one review on facebook giving anything other than a "scam" review

I bought custom Wooden Name Light for birthday gift and it turned out amazing!!!! I was very surprised of the quality of the wood and everything. The customer support was great and the shipping was fast, highly recommend!!
