Anker has No Customer Service to speak of! It’s based in China and can only be reached by email! The worst part is that even the email complaints to CS at Anker are not properly read and understood and one simply gets a totally incoherent and useless AI generated response that does not address any issues raised! So basically, once a customer buys any Anker products, that customer is on his/her own!

Anker have just launched a new range of power banks, Anker Prime. What they didn't say at launch is that they don't actually have stock of the 27k units. They will happily take your money though!
I had to find out for myself by going back to the product page that the order would be delayed 3 months.
When I contact customer service they literally couldn't care less. I'll buy a power bank from a competitor instead.

I have many Anker products and until now they have had my loyalty and respect, however my latest purchase has been lost/stolen in transit via Amazon, and what does Anker/Soundcore do? They punish me!!! They have refused a refund after promising it, tracking of the product has now disappeared, but I still have to wait? Incredibly bad service they despatched it, they chose the courier, they lost it, but the only person being blamed is the customer!! INCREDIBLE..

OK strange reading that review about them being scammers as I experienced similar problems with my 40W 5 port charger i.e. my product went faulty 3 times and they replaced it 3 times, for them all to go faulty and then ianker issue a refund. So that is a real hassle, but you can't knock ianker for their assistance when I experienced problems with the product.

I also own about 3 more ianker products, a mouse, a power battery and an ipad bluetooth keyboard. All are excellent quality and work perfectly at the moment. I really like the products this company supply but coupled with the fantastic support - it's hard to knock them. The prices are very reasonable too.
Good work ianker, keep up the good work!! I have given 5 stars because they are helpful when you get a problem.

Ianker is a company who make great quality products for a lot cheaper prices first thing i bought was a external battery charger and it was great kept my phone and tablet fully charged till i got to turkey from scotland then i got 2 gaming mice the 2000-4000dpi one and the 8000dpi one both great quality never had any issues and actually because of this high quality and great performance i won't buy another overpriced Razor mouse again!
