Bad customer service
Bad customer service, illegal return policies, extremely poor material, while the item fits, getting into one requires hard work and taking off takes two people. Extremely disappointing experience and I will make sure everyone knows about it.

Simply not worth it and a terrible experience
In my opinion, the product I received was not worth the price. If I’m going to pay that much for polyester, I expect it to fit perfectly, and this product simply didn’t. The return process is also overly complicated, and the instructions come across almost aggressive. I’m required to return it in a box even though it arrived in a plastic bag. I also have to go to USPS and pay for the return myself because they can’t deduct it from the money I already paid to make the process easier. On top of that, I must print the confirmation email, write the return number on a piece of paper, include it in the box, and then remember to email them the tracking number. After all of that, I might get approved for a refund. Simply not worth it and a terrible experience.

Someone gifted me a giftcard
Someone gifted me a giftcard out of my request, and i used it with a website-wide discount, the items didn't fit my bodytype sadly or were slightly too big because my shoulders are slightly bigger than the rest of my body. So I get the credit back, but it cannot be combined with a discount again, which is ridiculous. A terrible policy. Probably because they want people to keep the products even if they're unhappy with them.
Do not buy from this company!
How disappointing that I requested someone to buy me a giftcard here, if it's going to be treated like this.

Poor quality items and bad service
I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from here. They sent me a faulty item. The straps were all wrong and it didn’t even look like the pictures on the site. The quality of all the items is very poor. Their return policy is horrendous. I had to pay for the return to an address they provided. Only for the item to come back because the post office couldn’t find it. Instead of refunding me for a clearly faulty item they told me to send it again because somehow it was my fault it didn’t get delivered even though I used the exact address they gave me. Don’t waste your money and time ordering here.

Honestly, the sexiest clothes ever! I feel so stunning. The quality is also super nice, very soft fabric and it fits perfectly. I was waiting for a discount however, as I wouldn't have been able to pay the full price.

Sizes are off
The clothes are beautiful and of better Quality than I expected. The fabric has a lining and feels very nice on the skin. However there is no size chart available on the website and the sizes are a bit off. I ordered a size M and L and it seems like it’s actually the same size. L is not bigger than M.
The return process is very complicated and they take a long time to reply. You have to pay the return yourself and it has to be done within 14 days.
I don’t think I will order there again.

Very uncomfortable online shop
Very uncomfortable online shop. Complicated, bossy & pushy acting in questions & customer Service. I gave a feedback because of poor quality for one dress & really, it looked nice on the photo & the cut was even good, but really bad quality (like the elastic fibers have been getting old). So for me, on big drama, just return it. But I felt almost blamed, when I tried to Return it & at least, it takes some time to get an answer. Had one good order here, the last ones have been bad, so I will look for a more customer friendly shop.
