Amazing umbrella company to deal with on a day to day basis. Communication is always spot on and George Smith is always available for any queries I may have.

Wonderful umbrella company
They have been wonderful really nice staff who are thrilled to be helpful and hospitable. They really helped me with all my queries and made employment with them a pleasant and smooth experience, they are great at communication via email. I would recommend them with flying colours.

Emma Elsam is a superhero !
As an agency we work with I4 on a daily basis and Emma Elsam has quickly become my go to person.
Nothing is ever to much trouble and Emma always gets a problem dealt with immediately no matter how busy she is. You can always count on her to help.
She is great with our candidates and super responsive to emails and calls.

By far the best umbrella partner I've worked with in over 15 years of recruitment! What's great about i4 Services is that they operate with transparency, integrity and passion - absolutely no grey areas! They value our business and appreciate every referral we share with them, whilst also investing time to provide us (the agency) with guidance and information we/our contractors need. Michael and Emma have been my primary contacts and are a pleasure to work with.

Hi Filomena, you are on a BR tax code, so you get no tax free allowance. We tried explaining this to you simply but you asked i4 not to make contact with you. We tried to educate you on how tax works when you have a second employer, but you ranted at us instead of taking the time to understand. We do not pocket that tax it goes towards funding crucial services in the UK, such as the NHS. Furthermore you were extremely hostile towards us when we asked you to provide your ‘share code’ as proof of your right to work in the UK due to the brexit rules. So on one hand your accusing us of flouting tax legislation and the other your criticising us for following employment legislation. You earned 72% net pay on a second job income, which is not a bad return. Good luck in your next venture.
