Disappointed , using the shop in Howard St for many years and purchased many pair of C&G frames and Varilux lenses. So got an eye test and they recommended a stronger lens ,no problem. So David informed me Varilux had a deal on second pair of lens are 50% off so I got the offer. So the bill was £610 for my 2 pair of C&G to replace lens which I enquired about price , was informed each pair had added £50 due to not purchasing new frames . But I purchased these frames and original lens from yourself ! Was explained to me every frame in the store has an added £50 incase lens is not purchased and vice versa if only lens . In the end they took £50 off as they couldn't find the purchase of the other frame, I was charged £50 so if I didn't enquire I would be down £100!

My wife and I have been using I2i for a few years now. We really appreciate the personal service and their great choice of quality frames. Happy to recommend

Once again excellent service from i2i.
Had a worrying issue with my eye sight. Was seen at short notice and Steven gave me a comprehensive examination identifying the problem with treatment advice. This is a professionally managed Optometrist which I would highly recommend.

The most helpful opticians ever. Really knew the stock and was able to advise on suitable style for me. Normally I try on every pair in the shop looking for something that’s right. She brought half a dozen of the most suitable and was honest about how they looked. Friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable. We had a good laugh with her as well would really recommend.

Experience with I2i was great. Visited the Finnieston branch where Lisa saved my broken spectacles by realigning them perfectly and also helped me select my new Oakley glasses and gave really good advice on how I need to maintain them. 10/10 would recommend it to friends as well!!

The Service is very very good and deserves a 5 star.
The choices of products and knowledge of products is very very good 5 Stars and they do know how to deal with complicated Scenarios like mine.
Some passing of information between people could perhaps improve as sometimes I get contradicting information.
But overall the Service is good and it seems you are well looked after. (I have used 4 different opticians so I can compare this very well)

All the staff at i2i but especially Sarah and Stephen, make me feel a valued client and that I’m getting the very best eye health treatment.

My experience with Stephen was reassuring thorough and really pleasant! Fortunately I was given a cancellation which was held in a very modern setting and Stephen’s calm and caring manner put me at ease instantly! Excellent service which I will definitely recommend!

I have a fear of getting my eyes tested as I have astigmatism and my prescription is quite complex.
I normally go to a high street chain opticians. However after having been wrongly prescribed on more than one occasion I decided to go to an independent optician.
What a difference, the experience and customer care by the staff at i2i at Howard street in Glasgow was first class. Stephen the optician was exceptional and also Mickey who guided me through the narrow list of glasses I could choose based on my prescription. I will now be a loyal customer going forward.

Stephen is totally at the top of his field. Fantastic optician and a very professional and friendly guy. I'd never want to go anywhere else. The whole team are great too and I always get great advice on what frames suit me best.
